I have been going to Beauty Bay Spa since 2018, and it has truly been one of the best self-care decisions I’ve made. I’ve been a long-term, loyal customer because the quality of service here has remained consistently excellent over the years. Initially, I used to see Jesse, who was wonderful, and later I started seeing Angela—and I honestly don’t have enough good things to say about her. Angela’s attention to detail, facial techniques, and overall skill set are absolutely out of this world. I have acne-prone skin, and she is incredibly knowledgeable about exactly what my skin needs at every visit. From cleansing, exfoliating, extractions, to the most relaxing and effective facial massages, she takes care of everything with so much care and precision. She never rushes through an appointment and truly takes her time to make sure my skin is properly treated and that I’m comfortable throughout the entire session. What really sets Angela apart is her dedication to excellent customer service—she listens, she explains, and she genuinely cares about her clients’ skin health. Over the last 8 years, my experiences at Beauty Bay Spa have been nothing but pleasant and satisfying. The receptionist is also incredibly sweet, welcoming, and professional, which makes the entire experience even better from the moment you walk in. I’ve also occasionally gotten body massages here, and they are just as amazing—very relaxing and well done. On top of everything, the prices are very reasonable, and the hours are extremely accommodating, which makes it easy to fit appointments into a busy schedule. I truly love everything about Beauty Bay Spa and highly recommend it to anyone looking for expert skincare, relaxation, and outstanding service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was my first time trying a full-body deep tissue massage, and it honestly exceeded my expectations. Cici’s technique is amazing — very professional, precise, and truly effective. The hot stone massage was the perfect finishing touch and made the whole experience even more relaxing. I’ve been dealing with back pain for a while, and after the session I could feel a noticeable difference. My body felt lighter, looser, and much more relieved. The pricing is very reasonable for the quality of service you get. This massage was actually a Christmas gift from my boyfriend, and I’m so glad he chose this place. I will definitely be coming back and booking again. Highly recommend everyone to treat themselves here — you deserve it. This is a genuine review from a real customer, not a fake or automated one.

I visit spas regularly and decided to try this one after seeing the great reviews. I got a full body and foot massage with essential oils, and it was incredibly relaxing. The place is clean and peaceful, and the staff are very nice. I saw they have Lymphatic drainage, I will try next time.

I’ve been coming here for over five years and always have a great experience. The service is exactly what I want. I bring my family and friends here all the time, and they love it—some even became regulars. The staff are super friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

How do you rate a business after going more than a few times satisfied 3 of 6 to finally deciding I need to find a new place to get my massage. Not only did the front desk clerk just gipped me out of 5.00 and it might’ve been 10.00 because I paid cash and she charged me board price and use a laime excuse on her reason then told me to come back and get my money owed I told her to keep it and give it to a homeless person and I also told her she just lost a customer, because she knew she cheated me and on top of it all the massage sucked and I got injured in the process. ( he don’t know how to massage without injuring) I received my massage by a person name I believe Leon who has very little experience in modality and rhythm. His body mechanics were not in alignment with the way he delivered. I paid extra for deep tissue and the diagram I drew he did not follow. His time with me was insufficiently used. They have maybe six therapist and only two were good. Parker and Charlie and Charlie don’t work there any longer. If you’re looking for a good massage at Bay Area massage, Parker is about the only one there that is semi qualified 8 out 10 with him. There is no five star massage therapist there. Shaking my head I think if you decide to ignore my review please ask the person who will be servicing you are they licensed and certified.
