I had such an amazing selling experience with Richard Dombrowski. It was unfortunate that both of my parents passed away within six months of each other. Words cannot express the positive experience I have encountered with Richard Dombrowski of Bay Realty of Florida. My husband and I first met Richard approximately eight years ago when we thought we were ready to sell our home and move to a condo. I was immediately impressed with Richard and his professionalism. During the following 8 years, we continued to be unable to make a decision whether or not to move to a smaller home. But, during that time we would call Richard sporadically just to see what the market was like still trying to make a decision. And he always patiently answered our questions not knowing if or when we would ever list with him. Then very unexpectedly my husband passed away and the decision was made. I would sell my home and move to a smaller condo. From the very beginning, Richard was by my side, helping guide and advise me with my best interest at heart. It was very comforting, knowing I had someone I could depend on and call at a moment’s notice with a question or concern. Within 48 hours of listing my home we had 20+ showings and five offers. Richard was very patient with me as I asked a hundred questions and we brainstormed together until the closing.
