Dr. Bayless was great orthopedic doctor. Very matter of fact with an exceptional bed side manner. He truly cares about his patients and the results show. He was highly recommend to me by a friend that was just as happy. I am so glad he recommended Dr. Bayless 5 stars for me never felt better.
The hospital staff was phenomenal. Everyone (except 1) was so nice and they took great care of my husband during his surgery. However, I have tried getting ahold of Naomi in billing twice before he even had surgery about the payment plan (never heard from her then either), and now my husband has called and left 5 messages for her in the past 2 weeks and she will not call him back. She kept on saying "mmmhmmm" to everything I stated during our initial call. That was extremely rude and unprofessional in my opinion. We are now trying to make changes to the payment plan and nobody will call us back. Extremely poor attitude and service in the billing department.
Just had a surgery and the staff was fantastic. Very clean and organized. I felt like they cared and truly enjoy what they are doing. Had complete faith being in their hands. I highly recommend this facility.
Had total hip replacement at Baylor Surgical Hospital at Las Colinas. The care was great as it is only an ortho hospital so everybody was aware what we were going thru and no worries about catching anything as you might in a general hospital. Doctor Seroyer and his staff were excellent from the very beginning and thru all the check-ups afterwards. You are kept well informed and educated in a way that is easy to follow as to what is happening at each step of the process.
The staff and doctors were exceptional for my procedure and subsequent 3 day stay. EVERYONE I interacted with was kind, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
