I first discovered this place when I used to be be a food delivery driver and it was packed with customers, so I knew I had to come back and give this place a shot. Upon arrival, it was busy with a line, but that does not bother me since I am a very patient person. They specialize in boba drinks that are all made to order which is always a plus for me since it it’s quality over quantity. Their menu includes milk teas, fruit teas, slushies, sparkling drinks, snacks, banh mi and much more to choose from. They changed ownership recently and stocked with the original name. The staffs here are very welcoming, well trained and understanding where I had never encountered an issue during any of my visits. You can order at the counter if you are paying with cash or for card payments it is recommended to order from their kiosk. I highly recommend this place to all boba enthusiasts, if you need a quick bite/refresher or if you just so happen to be in the area to check them out. I definitely will be back to tryout the other refreshing/delicious options they have to offer!

I stopped by to get some boba real quick before hopping on the bus, and this was the closest place. Kind of an impulsive decision, but I was thirsty. I had to drink something non-caffeinated at the time, so I picked the sparkling pomegranate drink with boba (I think that's what it was). It took a surprisingly long time for them to make my one drink when I was the only person there, I guess they had a lot of online orders. I almost missed my bus. The drink and boba was pretty good at first but over time it really started to dawn on me that it was just sprite and syrup. I think I paid more than 5 bucks for that. Overall, I would come again because it's the only boba spot in this area I'm familiar with, but it's definitely not a quality or dependable boba place. Overall, 3/5.

They just opened under a new management. (Soft opening) I ordered Roasted Oolong Milk Tea and it was good. Not too sweet, the boba was soft and chewy. They now offer Vietnamese rice meals, spring rolls, and sandwiches. Would definitely come back to guve their food a try.

We got a whole bunch of drinks, Hot Ginger Tea (I don't think this is on the menu, but they made it for us), Oreo Smoothie, Mango Slushie, Regular Milk Tea with Aloe to name a few. There were a couple of "this tastes better and is cheaper than the Boba shops at the mall" and my daughter when commenting on her Oreo Smoothie said "10 out of 10, would recommend".

Soft service wasn’t anything super special. My daughter said it reminds her of the Costco one but smaller. Drinks were good. I like the panda milk tea that comes with the 2 toppings so it came out or less than $7. My son’s drink was $8 with 2 toppings. One size drink only. Street parking can be tough and frustrating. Pay on the tablet with credit card or at the counter is cash only. Small place and no where to sit. But if we are eating in the area, I would stop by. The only thing is they close at 7 so if you aren’t having an early dinner, it’s not an option.
