Sign in to reviewPeople were very nice and organized however my acrylic nails were uneven and really thick. I asked them to make it thinner but it didnt make a difference my pedicure was really nice however they cut my toe nails ruggedly I would not recommend unless you want a pedicure. Form now on I'm going to go to my favorite place "Katella Nails" by rosa because she does an amazing job

Awful!! They cut me during my pedi, ignored me when I brought it up, kicked me out of my chair for another customer while I was still having my hands done, and my acrylics are ridged and have specks. SO unhappy. Do not recommend!

This is my go-to because it is close by my house. But every time I go, I end up having to file my nails. I would not even say that I want them perfect but you can tell when the tech is actually doing them with care or just being careless. The last time I went, the tech was filing very aggressively and left several of my nails with small cuts and acrylic stuck onto my skin. They sent me to another tech to fix them because I was just not happy with them at all. I didn't even get one single apology, as if it was just regulation to provide this kind of service and just cross their fingers that the customer won't complain. Then they charged me $92 after they messed up my nails. They should have at least offered a discount for such bad service. And yes, it is bad service to have me spend 2 hours to receive such bad quality work. It doesn't matter whether or not the other tech was able to fix them. I feel bad for others who get their nails done in the manner that I just received. My toes look okay but not worth $40! This salon has driven me to want to do my nails at home due to the massive amounts of money I have spent here just for subpar work. My fingertips still hurt from all of the trauma caused. I really, really wanted to like this place and have even gone at least a dozen times or more but I just won't be returning again. It wouldn't be smart.
