Beauty and Co. has so much going for it — the salon is absolutely stunning, ample color options and the presentation is lovely, the atmosphere feels upscale and intentional, and the staff carries themselves professionally. I genuinely want to see them thrive as a local West Philly business that is seemingly quite family-oriented. That said, I have real concerns about the quality of my service. I got the luminary gel up charge with a hard gel overlay and extensions for $125. Less than a week later, I’ve had two nails pop off during completely normal activity — one doing laundry, one wiping a counter. I was also a little disappointed I wasn’t offered any refreshments, although I did walk in with a delicious tea from the Plant + People cafe right down the block. I wasn’t aware of their 72-hour repair policy, so I missed the window on the first nail — that’s partly on me, though clearer communication to first-time clients would help. The second nail broke today, five days out, which falls outside that window regardless. They did call ahead when running behind before my appointment, which I appreciated — though it was less than 30 minutes notice and required me to scramble and spend extra on transportation to make it work. A small concession would have gone a long way. Lots of potential here. Dropping 3 stars for now, but happy to update if they’re willing to make it right.

I did a walk in at beauty &Co. I had an amazing experience with Linh at this nail salon! She is incredibly professional, patient, and detail-oriented. Linh took her time to make sure my nails were shaped perfectly and the polish was flawless. The service was relaxing, the salon was clean, and I felt truly taken care of from start to finish. My nails turned out beautiful. I highly recommend booking with Linh if you’re looking for high-quality nail service and great customer care!

Lien and Linh were both so kind and had a great experience with me and my bfs pedicures. We will definitely be returning here. Very cute decor as well!

The salon is clean and well decorated. Lien is incredibly friendly and attentive. She works quickly but with great care and precision. I’m very happy with my nails and will definitely be coming back!

The experience was amazing! Clean and beautiful atmosphere, relaxing upbeat music, knowledgeable professionals who listened to my requests, comfortable and adorable seating, drinks offered, and overall amazing experience. Received manicure and pedicure (with hand and foot/leg massage), without any pain or rushing. Felt cared for and at home. Staff and manager are kind and respectful to clients and each other. It was beautiful to watch and experience. Thank you Sam for taking care and listening. She loves what she does and it shows!
