Sign in to reviewI do not think this salon knows how to properly provide nails services. When I go there, I constantly feel rushed, to change the lamp. Plus the nails chip only few days after. The salon only guarantees 7 days even for gel, though they never disclose when you get a service. Last night I went for my second service, I explained my nail chipped too early on and asked if they can get me a technician that is more knowledgeable. Same results, chips after 7 days, 9th day most nails are in a deplorable situation.
I came in recently for a gel nail removal and regular manicure. Instead of removing the gel nail they filed it down to a thin unnoticeable layer and painted regular nail polish over it. I didn’t realize until it started peeling and now I have a nail infection on my thumb. This has never happened to me before. The nail tech also glued down my gel nails instead of removing it. Complete waste of my time and money, and my nail health suffered.
Paid $165 for a cat eye pedicure and gel set ( that they don’t inform you will have an additional cost) and in a week my nails are already chipping and peeling off. Honestly wouldn’t have complained if it would have lasted (I still think it looks cute) but unfortunately the quality is bad. Would have also been great if I was informed prior to receiving the service that x or y add on (like cat eye polish) had this amount additional cost.
I never usually post reviews but this was a really poor experience in terms of quality and service. My gel paint started to chip off from the night I got them done, I went back next day to get it fixed before going away on my holiday. But the day after I got them fixed, other nails also started to chip and peel off. Within 5 days of my appointment, 4 nail paints peeled off. I came back after my trip to complain but they took no responsibility and asked me to repay the full price if I wanted to get it fixed. The stylist was also very rushed & not attentive throughout my appointment. Will not be going back!
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience and the terrible customer service I received. I called a full day in advance to make an appointment for 11:00 AM and arrived at 11:02 AM. They immediately started my pedicure without mentioning there would be any delay for my fill. Then, about 10 minutes into my pedicure, they suddenly told me it would be another 20 minutes before they could even start my fill because they had taken a walk-in customer at the same time as my appointment and only had one technician available. What made the situation even more frustrating was the way it was handled. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility for poor scheduling, the front desk employee tried blaming me for the wait because I arrived two minutes late. Being two minutes late does not justify making someone with a scheduled appointment wait while accommodating walk-ins first. The entire experience felt very disorganized and unprofessional. I left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and unhappy with the way I was treated as a customer.
