"Got custom rings for everyday wear made here from my late mother's diamonds in May of 2026. Chose them because I heard they own their own factory, meaning less risk of stone-switching. When the first design attempt wasn't right, I told them I expected better quality to be satisfied. The result is exactly what I wanted. I am satisfied with the style, quality, and the appropriate weight of the rings. The price is about 15% higher than elsewhere, but that premium pays for the trust, and peace of mind is priceless."
I was going to get my 22k gold necklace/rope repair from this place, since it's in my neighborhood, but 3.3 star 🌟 rating and reading reviews made me stopped short to do so, I don't think that many people would lie about their bad experiences at this shop. Plus I am not Korean, I definitely don't wanna get profiled by them at all, Big Thanks to people who have put their honest reviews.
While shopping on a Saturday afternoon, I experienced racial profiling. Despite the sign on the door indicating that the store's operating hours extended until 7 pm, when I entered at 6:06 pm, the individual behind the counter, who happened to be Korean, asked me to leave, stating that they were closed and to come back on Monday. Meanwhile, my husband called the store from our parked car in the parking lot and inquired about their closing time. The person who answered responded with, "What do you need today?" implying that the store was still open.
Stumbled upon this store a couple months ago while killing time before my dinner reservation next door, and I ended up buying a beautiful gold/diamond necklace for my mom and gold hoop earrings for myself. I was really impressed with the selection available and the quality as well. The owner was a really nice Korean American man who was super knowledgable and helpful when I had questions about the differences in materials/diamonds/etc. I wear my hoop earrings literally every day, and they still look as good as new. I've actually told several family members about this place now and they've also bought a few items from here and have all had good experiences too!
