I love spending time at Ben Bridge Bellevue Square location. Their staff is awesome. Ricardo the manager is approachable and friendly. Allison Bauman in sales is super knowledgeable. I recently purchased my fifth watch from them. Ben Bridge has a deep selection of Tudor, Hamilton, Longines, IWC, Cartier and more on display in their temporary location. I can’t wait to explore the remodeled showroom soon. They service and repair watches and jewelry. Communication has always been clear, pricing is given in advance of repairs and a follow up call is given when your jewelry is ready for pick up.

My experience of working with Allison at Ben Bridge was top notch, professional and warm. My brother gave a great recommendation and it was lived up to and more. The care in sizing the watch properly and the presentation of everything was well worth returning for any watch or jewelry needs

I bought a Tudor watch out of state (Hawaii) and brought it home to Seattle. Salesperson (Peggy) there had made my experience very pleasent, very memorable, and humored my elder mom while I made my purchase. The nato watch band is a little short, and I plan to get a longer one or maybe get the rubber strap for it. If it is available for my model. I walked into Ben Brigde in Bellevue Square today. A middle-aged, black hair, asian lady, probably the same one that is mentioned in numerous reviews, approached me asking if she could help me. I said, "I actually just have a question about a watch I recently purchased (5 days ago) on my trip. And how I wanted to get a longer strap for it. She said, "Why didn't you order it from them?" I replied, "How can I order it there if I'm back here?" I'd have to leave the watch with them. Well, she absolutely had no knowledge of what the process is to get a longer strap and if the rubber strap was available for it. Her response is, "You have to bring it in, and I have to let my guy take a look at it." My problem is not what she said. It's the way she said it and the tone she said it in. It started with a welcoming hello to hurry up if you're not buying anything vibe. Apparently, if you're not buying anything and came in with just a question, you are as of no value to her. Salesperson in Hawaii did go through what the process would be to get another strap, and I could bring it into any Ben Brigde, and they would happily help me with that. This was not the case. Class is not displayed by how you look but the way you carry yourself. She needs to be and do better with customer service. If she can't, then maybe she doesn't belong there. This reflects how you represent Ben Bridge. Hopefully, I'll have a better experience at the Tukwila location.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at Ben Bridge Jeweler in Bellevue. Christian provided outstanding service—professional, patient, and thorough in explaining all the details. We placed an order today and are excited and hopeful to receive it soon.
