Since we were relocating from Korea, we had to find a home in Pearland before even arriving in the U.S., which felt overwhelming at first. But Mr. Joo and Ms. Park went above and beyond every step of the way. They were incredibly attentive, responsive, and truly treated us like family. Because we were overseas, they personally visited each home and sent us detailed videos from the outside approach all the way through every room inside. They turned on faucets, checked doors and handles, and carefully looked over everything on our behalf. It really felt like they were there as our eyes and hands, taking care of every little detail for us. Not only did they help us find the right home, but they also supported us throughout the entire relocation and settling process. We genuinely feel that they were a lifesaver during such an important transition in our lives. They are sincere, detail-oriented, honest, and truly care about their clients. We have never met realtors like them. We highly recommend them. You will not regret it.
