Best Baguette is one of my favorite spots for bánh mì! The sandwiches are delicious, packed with fresh ingredients, and generously sized. The prices are very reasonable for the portion you get. They also offer a great variety of Vietnamese treats like bánh bao and chè, so there’s always something new to try. The restaurant is clean, service is fast, and the staff keeps things running efficiently. Definitely a great place for a quick and satisfying meal!
I have come here for years and I’m even on their text mailing list and get coupons texted to me regularly from them. Tonight I ordered a Bahn mi bbq pork, and have ordered this sando many times before! Not sure why they did this to me but when I took one little bite of it, my face started burning around my lips! I did not order jalapeño bc I don’t like spicy. But this was beyond spicy. I searched through the sandwich and don’t see what burned me for thirty mins straight. They had to have put a clear sauce and knew it was inedible and wanted to hurt me. My eyes teared up and I spent thirty mins icing my skin and outer lips. The only thing I can think why they did this is that I came through drive thru and ordered a sando at 8:45 and they closed at 9pm so it was retaliation. The girl in the window handed it while turned sideways and would not look at me. I remember thinking that was odd but now I know why. She intentionally burned my skin with some super hot sauce that feels like an acid burn. I honestly want to sue them for putting me in such pain and distress. My skin is RED!!!! And now lost money on this meal as I’m also throwing out the Thai tea I ordered bc who knows what they put in that. If people hate working their jobs at their posted hours of operation why did they take my order? They could have just said sorry we closed early but No instead they wanted to cause bodily harm to a tired and hungry innocent person driving home after a long day!! I will never go back here! Evil people should know that what comes around goes around! 8:45 pm on sept 1,2026! Buyers Beware!!
Been over four years since I learned about Banquette, and I just keep coming back! If you aren’t following their Instagram stories, you are missing out because they post the delicious seasonal flavors they’re baking up for the shop. I’ve been influenced many times to stop in! Some favorites include a vegan passion fruit and raspberry cake, pumpkin and Cara ale, and they just did a passionfruit coconut tiramisu special for Valentine’s Day that was amazing!! I’ve also had some of the best flavored macarons I’ve ever had in my life, including key lime they just made last week. Pictured here is also a beautiful custom cake they did for my in-laws 50th anniversary. They were nice enough to do flowers on it like I saw on a cake they posted on instagram. Their cinnamon rolls are top notch, make sure to get them early Saturday morning! Forever my favorite bakery, love these two magical baking women!
Ever had just a fistful of cilantro, all in one bite? That’s how, I guess, they wanted my sandwich to be. They also had bagged my order wrong and had to chase me down in the parking lot to switch what was in my bag. …
Baguettes are damn good! When you take out, they will pack the meat with baguette, pickles and herbs separately, so prepare to find a flat surface to put them in and enjoy.
