Just thoroughly impressed with Kam Aryavand‘s professionalism and knowledge. I was looking for rather obscure liability coverage made difficult by the fact that I live abroad. Had talked to three different insurance agents to no avail. Kam was my fourth and diligently worked with me to go over various options. Be honest I would like to give them 0 star , after 15 years of membership canceled my account because of Worst customer service, every single time when we call to orange office to ask them questions no one knows what's going on and put me on hold for long wait and after that says we gonna call you back and let you know but never no one contacted me and do again and again till next month to received the notice for DMV because my agent send my renewal contracts to different person who have nominal similarity oh my God are you serious???? I didn't know I drive my car with out insurance for few months and Igot surprised aftre call my agent to ask her what's going on and how we can fix the problem but she didn't care at all and do the same put me on hold and never called me back just wanted to share people to be careful of this people they seating in office only to get paid.
