Customer feedback currently gives Best choice home health a rating of 1.7 out of 5 from six reviews. The sample reviews provided are strongly negative. Several reviewers describe concerns about professionalism, communication, and compassion toward patients’ relatives, while some also raise concerns about conduct in a patient’s home. These are reviewers’ reported experiences, not independently verified findings, and a small number of reviews cannot establish what every patient will experience. Still, the consistency and seriousness of the concerns make them important context for anyone comparing local providers.

For people searching for a home health care service in Oklahoma City, this listing can help identify the agency’s address, weekday office hours, category, and publicly supplied rating. It does not provide enough information to describe signature services, staffing credentials, insurance arrangements, or care outcomes, so those details should be checked directly rather than assumed. Families may wish to ask who will provide care, how concerns are escalated, how family communication is managed, and what qualifications and policies apply to the services being considered.

Choosing in-home care is a significant decision, and a clear conversation can help families assess fit before proceeding. Ask for written information about the services offered, costs, scheduling, and complaint process, and consider comparing other providers in Oklahoma City. This description reflects the business information and review sample supplied for this listing; it does not independently evaluate care or make a recommendation.

This is the worst agency I have ever experienced. I would not trust them to care for my pet turtle, let alone a loved one. Their behavior was completely unprofessional and, at times, deeply inappropriate. A nurse came into my home and showed personal pictures to caregivers from another agency related to a prior placement—this was a serious breach of respect and boundaries. There was ongoing drama created between agencies working in my home, which made an already difficult situation even more stressful. Instead of supporting the client and family, the environment became tense and uncomfortable. The administrator behaved in a very unprofessional manner—more like someone in middle school than a leader. She used her title to intimidate, repeatedly stating, “I am the administrator and an RN,” as if that justified her behavior. At one point, staff even tried to influence decisions by saying, “If this were my family member…” while pushing for another company. To make matters worse, they contacted other agencies and misrepresented that I had complained about them, which was completely untrue and damaging. Overall, this agency lacked professionalism, respect, and integrity. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for care.

I’m writing this as the sister of a patient, and I would not recommend this agency to anyone. What I witnessed was disappointing, stressful, and at times completely inappropriate. There were serious concerns about professionalism. A nurse shared personal photos with caregivers from another agency related to a previous placement, which felt like a clear violation of privacy and basic respect. Instead of focusing on care, there seemed to be ongoing tension and conflict between agencies in the home. It created unnecessary drama and made an already difficult situation even harder for our family. The administrator’s behavior was also troubling. Rather than being supportive, she came across as intimidating and often emphasized her position and credentials in a way that felt more like a power move than leadership. Comments like “if this were my family member” were used to push opinions rather than offer genuine guidance. On top of that, we later learned they had reached out to other agencies and suggested that we had made complaints about them, which was not true. That was frustrating and damaging. Overall, this experience lacked professionalism, respect, and clear communication. I would strongly encourage others to consider other options for care.

I’m writing this as the sister of a patient, and our experience with Best Choice Home Health Agency was incredibly disappointing. While some of the nurses presented themselves as professional on the surface and followed certain guidelines, the overall impact they had on our home was the opposite of helpful. Their presence brought unnecessary stress, confusion, and chaos into an already sensitive situation. Instead of working collaboratively with other providers, they created division. There were inappropriate texts sent and repeated attempts to turn agencies against one another, all while insisting they were the only ones doing things “the right way.” It felt more about control than actual patient care. Even more concerning, care decisions didn’t always align with what the doctor had ordered. At times, services were stopped or altered before receiving proper medical direction. They also pushed for invasive procedures—such as requesting a catheter order for my sister—without even consulting my mother, who is her legal guardian. That was completely unacceptable. Overall, the experience felt driven more by money than by genuine concern for the patient. Communication, respect, and ethical care were lacking. I would strongly encourage families to look closely at all options before choosing this agency.

Very unprofessional!! When dealing with making hard decisions they do not show compassion for family members. They give health care a bad reputation. Would not recommend. Really should be NO stars
