Best Nails & Spa Tomball

I've been coming for several months at this point and each time, I've had a great experience. Today I was helped by Don (I think I spelled it right) and he was super helpful with my color choice. I asked for natural and he immediately selected this color and I'm so glad he did, it's perfect. He was also super friendly and pleasant to chat with. Every experience I've had here with each tech has been great, I will forever keep coming. They've got a loyal customer in me. And the prices are more than fair.

My nails were amazing on my first time here!!! Love my builder gel nails they do a phenomenal job!!! I’m in love with my nails! They make you feel at home with vip drinks and nice chairs that give good massage and can lean back is really nice!! Worth the price!! You won’t regret it!!♥️♥️

I'm still in as I write my review, I could not wait to talk about how amazing this place is. I move to Tomball a year ago and it's been difficult to find a place that takes good care of my nails. Today I found it. Julie took care of my nails and Nancy took care of my feet and toes (what a massage, Nancy!), I got the regular nail polish and it looks amazing. Also, the coffee is divine. The service is great too, from the reception, the manager was really welcoming and answered all my questions. I definitely recommend this place! Update: It's my fourth time coming to have my nails done by Rose, yes, she is the best. I chose a bad design, didn't liked it and she changed, always with a smile, always receptive and respectful. Thank you Rose, you are the best!

I stumbled onto this place a while ago. My first 3 visits were great. I just had a visit this past weekend and it was not great. So I get there and there isn't a single customer in the place. This one girl usually does my nails but I didn't see her so this guy does my nails. Let's just say I am less than happy. I do the builder gel nails. The first 3 times, they looked great. This time, not great. They are so thick, they look horrible. Let me start at the beginning though. So the guy that did my nails was nice but he was very rough and acted like he was in a hurry when I was the only customer there. The tool that grinds down the nails touched the skin on the side of my nail and made it bleed a little. It hurt enough that instinctively pulled my hand away. Then, I go to pay and I look at my receipt when I get in the car and I was charged $5 for a cuticle trim the I did not receive. This really upset me. Don't charge me for something I didn't have done. All I'm looking for is a place that can do a great job, be meticulous and be honest! Don't charge me for something I didn't not have done. Guess I'll be looking for a new nail place. Honesty is everything!

We love this salon. We have tried them all in the area. The work and customer service is the best of the best! This time was no exception. My daughter is currently in a cast and they went above and beyond to make her for special and look beautiful. Thank you again! We are loyal returning customer from now on!
