Sign in to reviewBad experience. Went in for loose crown repair and they deliberately added x-rays to increase their fees. X-rays performed in previous visit. Lied and said that insurance would cover and presented a $271 bill for copay. Outrageous practice of gouging patient.
If you are looking for a new dental establishment I HIGHLY suggest you consider Beyond Dentistry. The very caring and knowledgeable Dr. Norma Ramirez also has a team of equally competent employees. It's been about 10 years since I first walked into their small but welcoming office. My dentist at the time was going to retire. I sought ought 5 star dentists. All of them very nice but not quiet the right location etc. etc. Somehow I came across Dr. Ramirez' office and immediately I felt at ease........ and in a dentist office! Pia was welcoming and informative. She explained what to expect and set up my appointment. Went to my first visit to evaluate my toothers. Everything fell within what I expected and Dr. Ramirez developed a plan of action. Over the years they have been nothing but caring and compassionate. Decisions keep the long term goals in focus by keeping their patients oral health at its best. This dental team also is motivated to keep current on latest learnings in the dental world. Recently their dedication to being vested in high quality dental care has seen them open a new office! The design is spa-like. This team certainly looks at dentistry beyond the limits of a drill. The smiles they help with are Beyond Dentistry!!!!
My favorite dentist is Norma and her team! I've been going with this dentist for a couple of years now, and I love everything about it. Everyone is very friendly and professional! I got a couple of crowns, a few fillings, and aligners. Norma never tries to "make up the problem" to perform more treatments. She is always honest and not pushy. My 3-year-old daughter loves it, too.
Dr Ramirez and her staff are very friendly, attentive, and professional. The office is run very smoothly and seemingly effortlessly. I am happy to have them as my primary dental care provider.
Dr Ramirez office is ran effortlessly. Pia the receptionist is friendly and on the mark. Louis, Dr Ramirez assistant anticipates her every move. Im a nervous person, so the tranquil milieu of the office was great. I saw Dr Ramirez for tooth removal, cavity, crown, and cleanings over a two year period. The first time Dr Ramirez walked in, a cute petite woman, who's soft spoken and gentle, I thought can she really pull my tooth. She numbed me up then moved my tooth a little side to side. It was in a blink of an eye, my whole tooth was out. With other dentist I have had my tooth cracked and left in. I am highly recommending Dr Ramirez and Beyond Dentistry! Finally a good experience.
