First Colony location, staff was extremely professional, kind, patient and helpful. They understood I had a budget and was in a bind because I had run-flat tires, which I did not know, and I could not afford to replace. They helped me work out a plan and found good tires as replacements. They went out of their way several times, including when the warehouse sent the wrong tire at one point. Clean, comfortable waiting area. Good people, honest. Highly recommend.

The team at First Tire & Automotive in Sugar Land is very professional and thorough. I went in for an inspection, and the team did a comprehensive review of suggested service and maintenance items. There was no hard sell, just a report of items with levels of urgency. I came back for a 4 wheel alignment and brake fluid change, which the team was very thorough in performing.
