Sign in to reviewThis is my 2nd time going to Big Brands. Frank has been kind both times and he’s very knowledgeable. My only dislike is having an 8am appt and I didn’t get out of there until about 10:30ish. Now I also had the Comprehensive Vehicle Inspection which may have played a part in the lengthy time but overall great service. I would definitely recommend to others.
Book a reservation for my tires purchase. They didn’t have it in the shop, but they were able to order it and get it to the shop prior to noon. What I liked was that they were straightforward, Frank the owner had told me the custom wheels that I have from a different vehicle might be damaged putting it onto my current vehicle. Instead of making me wait they gave me a ride back home. The shop is about value over price. Very satisfied for my first time going to the shop. Also, the add-on services were excellent.
Went here this morning for an alignment on my lifted rig and an oil change. Overall great experience and the staff was friendly
First of all, you feel very welcomed there. The fellas there take care of you, they make you feel comfortable. They dont make you buy stuff you don't need or the most high end of stuff for your car. They are honest and sincere. The main guy at the front, I believe his name is Franky, is one of a kind. Goes above and beyond and if you need to be somewhere he will give you ride or drop you off etc. He is very knowledgeable about cars and parts. Will be coming back more and recommended for sure.
