One clearly mentioned product is the .50-caliber ammunition can. A reviewer says the shop carries many of these cans, found them at a good price, and was pleased that the seals were in good condition. That kind of specific feedback can help shoppers who are comparing storage options and want to inspect available items in person. Customers also mention helpful, knowledgeable staff who can direct visitors to items in the store. One review describes a brief, straightforward greeting and directions to the products, while another praises the owners and recommends getting to know them. Together, these accounts suggest an independent retail experience that can be practical and personal, depending on the visit. The shop may suit surplus and tactical-supply shoppers who prefer to see merchandise for themselves, ask questions, and explore a varied selection rather than rely only on a product listing. The reviews also mention exceptionally reasonable transfer fees for weapon purchases made elsewhere, compared with other local options. Confirm the current service details and any applicable requirements directly with the business.

Whether you are browsing for an ammunition can, searching for a specific surplus item, or asking about an order request or transfer service, Big Sig's Military Surplus & Tactical Supply, LLC is described by customers as a locally owned shop with a selection worth exploring. I went there early one Saturday morning. When I arrived there, my wife and I walked in and was greeted by a gentleman behind the counter which I figured was Sig. He briefly but flattly asked what we were looking for. He told me where the items were and that was that. Now, his wife on the other hand was very helpful and friendly. We walked through the store and found a cap which I purchased. While we walked around close to the front, I noticed a small group walk in and immediately the gentleman who I took for Big Sig, went out of his way to greet and carried out a long conversation with the group. I hope I'm wrong but, the group that came in was all white and myself I am black and my wife is white. I felt like he was not happy with the situation and was not as personable with us like he was with the other group. If it wasn't for his wife I would have walked out because I felt uncomfortable. Again, if I am wrong, I do apologize. This is just the feeling I got from my visit

Great selection as always. Get to know the owners they are great people to know. Locally owned. Transfer fees for weapon purchases made elsewhere is exceptionally reasonable compared to those in the local area.

I love this store. He has about anything you need, and if it's not on a shelf he can order any item upon request.
