Extremely Disappointing Service Experience. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received at your salon. From the beginning, the experience was very frustrating. I clearly asked for an almond nail shape, yet the technician seemed confused and kept asking whether it should be round or oval. He completely messed up my nails, so I requested another technician. The second technician came in acting overly confident, as if she was the best, but the actual work was very poor. When I asked her to properly match and shape the sides of my nails, she applied product all over the sides instead. When I asked her to clean it up, she bluntly said she couldn’t do it. The nails were extremely thick, uneven, and very poorly done overall. The pedicure was just as disappointing. On one leg, the cuticles were cut excessively, while on the other leg, they were barely done at all. There was absolutely no consistency or attention to detail. What made the experience even worse was that the staff started talking about me in their own language while I was clearly showing them the issues. This felt extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I was so frustrated that I chose not to argue, paid the full amount, and left. This was a complete waste of both my time and money. I strongly advise others not to waste their time visiting this salon. I am very unhappy with the service and the overall experience.

got a pedi and builder gel with tip and design today and both technicians did not disappoint!! i didn’t get the pedi techs name but he was so kind and very detail oriented and all i had was an express pedi with a solid gel color! tina did my nails and she did outstanding. her design was exactly 100% replica to the inspo photo i showed her. she took her time on every step of my nails from the shape and length to the colors of the design. the salon itself is so clean and organized and beautiful inside. i was greeted by every employee with a smile and warmness, ive been looking for a new salon and i finally found it!!
