Sign in to reviewExceeded my expectations! From the moment I called to reserve, Connie (owner) was very informative and accommodating. She was able to make room on a Saturday for me and three friends as we were celebrating a birthday and wanted to book mani/pedis together. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with smiles, a drink, and a movie of our choice. All nail technicians were professional, kind, and did their best to fulfill our requests. Connie and Barbie, in particular, went above and beyond and we cannot wait to be back for more services. Extra pros: they are Latina-owned, LGBTQIA+, pregnant woman, children, and dog friendly, and fully organic (so all their products are non-toxic) The entire concept of nail salon/movie theater/karaoke (plus one drink of your choice) is unmatched in LA!
I only trust Connie with my nails. She knows my nails and I never need to worry about them not being perfect after I leave Bio Organic Nail Nook. Before I started with Connie (from Can Can Parleur, and now Bio Organic Nail Nook) I was never able to get my nails done consistently because I often found it difficult to find to a nail tech/artist that does great work consistently and also passionately cares about my experience as a client. Love Connie and will follow her anywhere!
Was only in town for the day but if I weren't this would be my new spot. A bit pricey but totally worth it. I love my nails!! They were very easy going and took their time making sure my nails were exactly how I wanted them. Photos don't do these nails justice.
Female run business. Highly skilled nail technicians. I have never been able to grow my nails before and I’ve always wanted to have long, beautiful nails and now I do. I started using them about eight months ago and I’ve never looked back. It is more expensive but worth every. Everything is organic and much more healthy for your nails. I only have to go once a month, and I never have any chipping or breakage. Everyone there is great at communicating, and they have really fun choices for all kinds of nail art hand painted and airbrushed.
Upon entering I was warmly greeted and offered a heated neck pillow and a cup of tea to drink while I was waiting. The atmosphere was very cozy and had a calming herbal smell. After a few minutes I was taken to my seat to begin the service. Athena was very thorough and patient with me as I asked many questions about the products and service I was getting. This was my first pedicure and I definitely plan on coming back for future services. Also +10 pts for being cruelty free and locally sourced :)
