UPDATE: I went back and Annie redid my nails for me free of charge. She was super kind and understanding and now they look so much better. You can tell by the way her own nails look that she knows what shes doing. Definitely ask for her if you go! Original: I really wanted to like this place but if you’re gonna pay this much. Go somewhere with better quality. The first time I went, my technician talked me into Gel X simply because it was quicker for her. When I told her the maintenance for it it was a little over my budget she literally laughed in my face and kept talking about it until I agreed. It was $15 more than what I originally asked for and fill ins are about $30 more because they charge the same for fill in or base application w gel X/builder gel but hey at least she got to do less work. The second time I came here to get the gel x filled in with builder gel, he made it sO THICK and then slapped like 7 layers of gel on top, he made them stiletto instead of the original almond shape I had and filed them super crooked and bumpy (last pic)

If I could rate them higher I would. I am 52 year old with 42 years Diabetes with severe diabetic neuropathy, 80 % clogged arteries in both my legs, and arthritis across my lower back and both my hips. I am in pain all the time but this is the only place by taking care of getting a pedicure and manicure make my pain disappear for a day. The Customer Service is record breaking to me. Candy, Helen, Brian, Daniel, and even Sam( who I had to break him in to speaking to me and had good conversation) are EXCELLENT at their jobs. I recently went in with both of my daughters for the first time and had 5 new people I have never had. One guy was so good that made my daughter go to sleep. The other people working on my teenager made her excited for the first time to get nails(and she is not a girly type of girl), and the person who did my feet made me shut my mouth and enjoy life without pain. I don’t know these people names and yet they were Awesome! I keep going there and even if I don’t know them they give me the best service and help me medically with my blood circulation and I have never told them my health problems. If you want the best work in Georgia to get your nails done it’s there. Affordable price and they give water, wine, and soda that made my child happy. If you haven’t gone yet give them a try and you will fall in love like I did. Oh I am from San Francisco and is picky with everything, that should also tell you this place is GREAT 😂

02/27-2026 I came here to get a fill in on my nails I have been going here for 9 months now never had a problem until today. Peter did my nails and messed up on my thumb nail I ask him can he do it over because it was ugly and if I am spending my money I would like for my nails to be nice. He told me no and proceeded to move on to my other nails I asked him again to fix the thumb nails he told me that it’s nothing wrong with the nail and that he has been doing nails for a long time. I called the manager over and Peter told me that I need to be quite and that I don’t need to talk to the manager because the manager wasn’t the one doing my nails. When the manager walked over to me I told him what happened and he told me that Peter doesn’t do anything wrong and went what Peter was saying I couldn’t believe I was treat like that. When Peter finally fixed my nail he kept pushing and holding my hand tight in the gel machine while my nails was curing I told him to let my hand go. I then told him that he was rude. I have never experienced anything like this at a nail shop I will not be going back. Peter was very rude and I told him to never speak to me that way and the manager did not help either.

Annie is an amazing nail tech! She does beautiful, clean work and is very creative with her designs. She really pays attention to details and always makes sure I’m happy with the results. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for quality and creativity!
