Bliss Nail Spa

Bliss Nail Salon in Frisco is a pretty salon with nice decor, but unfortunately the service and overall experience did not match the price. During my visit, the technician doing my nails was extremely rough with my hands, constantly yanking and pulling them around while working. It made the appointment uncomfortable instead of relaxing, which is the whole point of going to a nail salon. The one positive was the pedicure — the technician who did that did a great job and the massage portion was excellent. Not long after my appointment, two of my nails broke. When I returned to have them fixed, I was told that because it had been more than seven days since my visit, they would charge $10 to repair them. When nails break that quickly after being done, I would expect a salon to stand behind their work rather than immediately charge the customer again. There are a lot of nail salons in the Frisco area, and unfortunately this one did not deliver the level of service you would expect for the prices they charge. The space is nice, but the customer service and value simply aren’t there.

I have been going to Bliss on and off for about 10 years but recently got back into getting my bails done. I’m a very simple nail girl but I trusted Quin and I love them! I told her I wanted a little something but she absolutely delivered. I love her sweet personality and she’s obviously very talented. Go see them and her!!!

My husband and I were headed out of town last week and stopped at Starbucks. My nails were broken and had grown out so I decided to hop out the car, run into Bliss and ask them about filing the gel polish off so I could paint them in the car. Quin saw my nails, heard me say that I was heading out for a big meeting and offered to quickly paint my nails! 💅🏾 I was coy and said that’s okay. Quin came closer, saw my nails and said, no just give me 5 minutes. Thank God I did agree because my hands and nails were on display a lot during my meeting. Did I mention she didn’t charge me…I tried to pay and TIP. Quin said, nope we just want you feeling good and confident during your meeting and you painting over gel polish would look horrible. This was such a blessing as I tried all week to find the time to get my nails done and work continued to be the priority. Thank you Quin!! I will definitely be back!!! P.S. Nails are still intact

I came back for a second time, and loved my experience! I got my nails done by Katie and a pedicure by Lucas. Both did a great job! Definitely my go to place to get my nails done ✨🤍

Staff is super friendly and attentive. In addition they have so many color options which is actually tough to come by. Can’t forget to mention they offer complimentary drinks - no hard working individual could ever turn that down. Thank you, Bliss in Frisco- I will be returning 🖤 …
