Sign in to reviewNew review posted Mar 15, 2026: COCO Food Delivery Experience. As I mentioned before, Blossom was my go-to for good, authentic pho. I should've picked up instead of ordering through UBER. Uber choose "Coco" to deliver my dinner. It took 20% slower. I shouldn't have included a tip if I knew ahead of time that a robot was delivering my order. But my main 2 complaints are about the non-fresh bean-spouts, mint, and basil and rhe soup base. See the photo. The pho noodles and proteins were fine but the staff should've thrown away the stale bags of condiments: The basil was wilted and turning black, the lime was dried up, and the bean sprouts were clearly not fresh. The 2 bags looked like leftovers from last week (several days old.) Lastly, in my past 2 orders (onsite and delivery), the pho soup base has been super salty!!! We had to add hot water to dilute it. I may have to look for another pho store. OLD POST: This is my Go-to for Pho and Imperial rolls. I believe Blossom has several other locations. But it's good legit Vietnamese pho. It's a bit pricier, but the quality is worth it. I love the gigantic common table that spans the length of the dining room. Expect to share the table with others. Make a friend! Or if you need privacy, they have 7 or 8 outdoor picnic benches that can sit 4. On cold nights, the outdoor heat lamps and hot pho are a perfect combo. And make sure to share an order of imperial rolls to start. You must have the combo Pho rice noodle soup. The Bun noodle salad is perfect for hot summer days & nights. The rice dishes, especially the shaken beef and pork chop dishes are excellent. Unfortunately, we didn't fully enjoy the pork belly Mi (egg noodles) that much, but the pork belly was soft and flavorful. Like the crepe, maybe its great compared to other VN restaurants but the star is the Pho rice noodle soup. They also have a nice selection of wine, sake and beer, which gives Blossom a higher-end vibe.
This neighborhood Vietnamese restaurant offers the kind of comforting food and charming décor that make you wish it were just around the corner from home. The service is genuinely friendly—our server was attentive and accommodating, even helping us change seats without hesitation. The menu includes noodle salads, a less common offering compared with the usual pho-focused lineups, and theirs is especially refreshing: bright with mint and lifted by a sweet-and-sour dressing. The pho selection is extensive, extending beyond the basics to include rarer options like oxtail and wagyu. While most dishes are satisfying and thoughtfully prepared, the pricing does sit noticeably on the higher side. Even so, the combination of hospitality, atmosphere, and well-executed dishes makes this a welcome neighborhood spot.
Delicious broth, slightly too salty for me, but very, very flavorful. Didn't need any additional sauces Just a dash of lemon. Portions are very healthy. I got the oxtail and it was delicious! The rolls are all excellent, super crunchy outside Ave moist inside, the salads are fresh and delicious and the pork chop was perfectly seasoned. Service is quick, friendly and with a smile. The decor is very open, light and inviting. Definitely will be coming back to try more of the menu. If you liked my review please give me a thumbs up 👍🏾 to let me know! Unfortunately this was a terrible experience. The oxtail soup noodles came with large amounts of tendon and tough muscle meat that were extremely chewy and basically impossible to eat. We also had to remind the staff three times to bring our other order after we had already started eating. When the pork belly egg noodles finally arrived, the egg was fully cooked (hard-boiled) and the pork belly was overcooked and very tough — again, not edible. I don’t know what was going on in the kitchen that day, but between the food quality and the service, the experience was really disappointing. We won’t be coming back.
The pho and spring rolls were delicious but it’s on the pricier side, and when they’re super busy they seat people at this long table so you might end up sitting next to random people if you’re unlucky. Service is more on the slower end too when it’s busy, but the food is good so I do recommend checking out blossom at least once.
