Sign in to reviewI am so happy to see a Cambodian restaurant in Austin. The beef sticks, papaya salad, sticky rice, and prahok ktis all tasted as if my own family had made them. Everything was delicious. If you are craving authentic Cambodian food or looking to be adventurous, visit Blue Apsara; you will not be disappointed.
Exceptional Cambodian food and friendly, attentive service! The Fish Amok was fantastic (definitely dig to the bottom for the best flavor, just like they recommend!). My husband loved the spicy Prahok K’tis with pork belly. Everything was absolutely delicious!
The food here was so incredible. This is absolutely a hidden gem in Austin and the customer service was so amazing. I’d never tried Cambodian food before but this was great and I will definitely be coming back here in the future. The owner was so nice and I’d recommend this place to anybody. He makes it to order, so order ahead if you’d like a quick pickup, but the wait really wasn’t terrible, especially with a really nice coffee truck and plant store nearby.
Wow wow wow. Tremendous sandwich. Incredibly fresh, flavorful. I get the “ground” pork (it is actually slices from a ground pork patty, not “ground” meat like you’d see in a sloppy joe). Order a side of their spicy-tangy dipping sauce. It is 🤌🤌 The bread on this sandwich is unreal too. The owner’s son makes it, and low key he could probably open up a bakery and crush in Austin too. Very, very skilled. You can order a side of the bread for $2, which I might just start doing to make PB&Js and other things at home. So happy this food truck is in the neighborhood!
The service was exceptional ❤️ and gave us a good recommendation. Food was so tasty and it’s my first time to try the Cambodian cuisine. Such a good place for check-in
