Blue Ocean Nails & Spa

I decided to try Oceans Nail Spa mainly because it’s very convenient and located right next to my house. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which I appreciate, but unfortunately the quality of the services I received was very disappointing. I got a deluxe gel manicure and a deluxe pedicure with gel. Within a week, my gel manicure already looks grown out, chipped, and messy. and I don’t do any hard labor with my hands. I normally go to another salon where my nails last at least 3–4 weeks and still look great, so this was a big difference in quality. My pedicure was also not done well. The gel polish is already starting to look translucent and uneven, and the overall finish just looks poorly done. On top of that, the calluses on my big toe were not properly removed, which is something I expect when paying for a deluxe pedicure service. While the service itself was friendly, the actual nail work did not meet expectations at all. Because of this experience, I’ll be going back to my regular salon, even though it’s about 25 minutes away, since the quality there is much better and lasts much longer.

I stop here for convience , mani pedi. Son pedi, first lady frowned because of the color I chose. Even asked was I sure. Biych yes I'm sure, then same lady frowned because SHE thought my nails were to short. She then asked " you like them short" biych yes. Then frowned when I said I want my short nails square shape. She said how? I then told her I always get them square WTH? Then I deciced to get my son a pedi for the first time. The lady with asymetric bob with a limp. Horrible job , I also told her it was his first time. I noticed she was SUPER fast. At the time I didn't think much of it. However later the next day. I noticed she did not remove any dead skin. Had she said something . I would have paid extra and tipped generously

Firstly, the woman who reviewed below me (Bridgette) was at the spa while I was yesterday evening (6/9). She was so RUDE and entitled when talking to that man and wasn’t listening to him nor the kind woman trying to assist. Take her review with a grain of salt. I mean, the tone even at the end of her comment about how she would’ve tipped high is so condescending. The entire visit it sounded more like she was just trying to get a discount out of them. Kept explaining how she has her other nail person do this or that.. then why don’t you go there and not harass these wonderful employees? 🙄 they tried to explain why they couldn’t do what she wanted… Secondly , David is outstanding!! He pays attention to detail, listens, and is nice to talk to. He does what you want , if it’s possible, and explains everything and the pricing is great. The woman (Ling) was kind too! This is my third visit and I’ll keep coming back. They do punch cards so if you go a certain amount of times, you get a free service. :) (It wouldn’t let me update my original review so I had to use another account ) Update 7/10: David did a phenomenal job as always and I got to speak with Ling as she did m pedicure. I appreciate his attention to detail and he listens to what you want. He’s always pleasant to speak with and there is a woman there who is sweet as well. I got my nails done in a blue ombré this time. ———— David did a PHENOMENAL job! It was my first time doing acrylic nails and I showed him a photo of what I wanted and he nailed it. A very pretty marble nail set. The price was fair as well! He was pleasant to speak with and personable. They can get busy, I suggest calling and booking appointments. I'll be back! 😊

Loved the entire experience! everyone is gentle and so pleasant. The nail artist was meticulous. Perfectly shaped did not have to fix nothing after complete. Polished even the inside of the nail. Wax eye brows fast and good work. Parafin pedicure with massage 45.00 with matching polish to my manicure. Thank you 🙏
