One customer describes returning after Nina helped fix a previous nail service, noting that the team handled the concern professionally and did not charge for the fixes. Another reviewer says Ann listened carefully and checked in throughout the appointment. The review feedback is varied, as it can be at any salon. Many customers praise careful application, technical skill, and thoughtful service, including one longtime acrylic wearer who describes the visit as their best nail experience. Another guest appreciated a kind and attentive pedicure, while also noting that the pace of a specialty pedicure felt faster than expected. Update: they set me up with Nina to fix my nails and she did an amazing job. They were incredibly kind and did not charge for the fixes. I think they handled this situation very professionally and I will definitely be back. I highly recommend booking with Nina she is so kind and really takes her time to make sure your nails are perfect. Original review: I've been here a lot with Hien and it has always been a 10/10 experience and nail set. She is unfortunately gone right now on maternity leave so on Saturday I booked a set with "anyone." I had a scheduled time and they took almost an hour of my wife and I waiting to be seen (that was fine cause they apologized and gave us some money off) my issue is with the nail job I got done. None of my nails are even, my builder gel set has started falling apart, there are multiple air holes in my nails (I circled them all). We spent over $300 on services and I'm super bummed that my nails are falling apart 4 days later and have holes in them. I don't think I've ever gotten such a bad set. For my pedicure, they didn't paint the whole nail, there are whole areas missing paint.

I wanted to love this nail salon as I’ve heard great things about it. The lady who did my pedicure was kind and attentive. Went in with my sister and we decided to splurge on the Hawaii volacano pedicure. Sounded like a good relaxing time but we realized how fast the girls were moving. I experienced the second step for like maybe 30 seconds my sister on the other hand did not even experience it. Start to finish took about 40 minutes together the salon was not full so we were confused why it was rushed. We finished went to pay she asked about the missed step. All we got was an excuse of how it maybe did not activate properly. We payed full price and still tipped 20% I noticed bubbles in my toe nails the next day. I would maybe just stick to a basic pedicure next time 4 stars because the lady who did my pedicure was nice. They just need to work on in person customer service and providing service they advertised.

I am EXTREMELY picky when it comes to nails. Iv had acrylic nails on my hands since I was 10 years old so 18 years and a lot of experiences. THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE IV EVER HAD. even better than their other location in cherry Creek. the attention to detail is beyond what words can describe. very clean, very nice. if you are looking for a new nail salon trust me this is it.

First time in after struggling to find a new local nail tech. Ann was absolutely amazing! She listened to what I wanted, and checked on me the entire time. Very patient! Polite and sanitary. SO talented! I will definitely be returning and requesting Ann. Thanks girly! ✨
