Coming from San Diego where there's a Boba spot everywhere, Boba Cafe of Las Vegas immediately won our heart. My daughter "ordered" me to make the 9 mile drive over from our Vegas resort to Boba Cafe. My daughter did not join us our trip to Vegas. Upon our arrival to Boba Cafe, it was packed with teens. It was a good wait. The drinks were worth waiting for and there were seats to sit on while we wait. All four drinks (Thai tea, taro slush, strawberry drink and slush) were refreshing and tasty. Kids loved it. Yum. A good selection of drinks, friendly staff and humble owner 👍🏼 Parking spaces can be tight.
Came here for the first time after having dinner at a nearby restaurant. Large selection of smoothies, teas, boba. Friendly staff. Clean. Ordered the mango sticky rice drink. Everything is made to order. I didn't like sucking rice out of a straw and the texture was off for me but towards the end, it tasted better. Also ordered the Thai tea smoothie. It tasted like powder. So was not a fan. Would come back and try other items.

I’m still in shock after my visit here. I walked in expecting to pay for a drink—not to be nickel-and-dimed. My friend and I ordered two variations of the “Mango Sticky Rice.” Nowhere on the menu or in the store does it clearly state that **EVERY ingredient in the drink costs an extra $1.25**. Not the purple rice, not the foam, not the fruit, not the “premium” ice cream, not even the sesame seeds! They list these items as if they’re part of the description, but each one is a separate charge. By the time our drinks were rung up, we had added $6.25 in "toppings" to one, and $7.50 to the other… for what is essentially a complete drink. The grand total? $35.47 for two beverages. Almost thirty-five dollars. For 2 boba tea. The lack of transparent pricing is predatory. You don’t know the final cost until you’re handed a receipt with a small fortune under “subtotal.” And here’s the kicker: I ordered a REGULAR, and my friend ordered a LARGE. Guess what? They were essentially the SAME PRICE ($14.25 vs $14.50). Why? Because the regular just had one more $1.25 topping (coconut milk). So you’re not even paying for size—you’re just paying for more individual add-ons you didn’t realize were add-ons. The “Large” upgrade itself seems to cost nothing, making the entire size pricing structure meaningless and confusing. $15 for a single drink is insane. For that price, I expect a soda, a meal, or at the very least, clear communication about what I’m buying. This feels less like a treat and more like a financial trap for unsuspecting customers. I’ve never felt so ripped off after buying something as simple as boba tea. Zero stars if google would allow me. A complete and total scam.
