Sign in to reviewI’m not sure why this place has such bad reviews. I was hesitant but I’m glad I chose to check it out myself. It was the closest place from my wife’s work, Boba drinks were sealed like most places normally do. Staff was young but attentive and very friendly. The Boba, from what my kids said, was better than the other places they’ve been too. They had a blast playing some claw games while waiting for our drinks. I don’t normally do reviews, but felt the need since I think this places is really underrated. UPDATE: I actually got the Balboa from Banh Mi Viet NOT “Boba Milk Tea Snob” … again, if you want Boba, just go to Banh Mo Viet
The only reason this place gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because the drinks are somewhat good. We ordered 2 coconut tea boba drinks. They arrived half spilled in the bag. At $8/drink, I would expect this place to use sealed cups. Instead, they use normal plastic cups with removable lids (assuming to save money, which is ridiculous when you charge $8 a drink). Good tea, definitely not the best, not worth the $8/drink especially when it doesn’t arrive full.
Drinks were good but it was my first time there. I had no prior knowledge of their drinks but luckily I was with someone that was because the staff working there offered no assistance, no greeting and no reccomendations at all. They were useless and kinda rude. The drinks are not cheap, (I'm talking Starbucks prices) at a minimum I would expect a greeting and at least 1 reccomendations. 🤨 I would not go back here even though I did like what my son suggested. The staffs unwillingness to do their job and assistance customers is very disappointing. We felt like we, the customers, were disrupting their social time together. Very unprofessional...😑😑
We are gals this place has reopened under a new name. We stopped in for a couple of Vietnamese Sandwiches, noodles, and Taro Milk Teas. All were delicious and freshly made. Kind front and back of house staff.
DO NOT ODER FROM HERE!!!! Uber had buy one get one free, All drinks were 1/2 filled, totally unacceptable.
