You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their wellness journey. Her space is amazing, she literally has everything you need to support a healthy lifestyle, all in one place. Whether you’re just starting out or already deep into your wellness routine, there’s something for everyone. Highly recommend stopping by and checking her out, you’ll be so glad you did!
I just got home from BodyCentre and I felt compelled to tell as many people as I could how awesome this place is!!!! Of course it starts with the owners. So sweet and definitely were looking out for me as I love to visit health and wellness clinics. They gave me the best advice for my health! Also made sure to help save some money! I’ve been going to a couple other places for red light therapy. Little did I know, those red light beds do not compare to the one here! Also, Liz gave me the best facial! She was also very knowledgeable! One thing that I noticed after being there for a few hours is they don’t ask you if you want to purchase anything which made me feel like I was just hanging out at a friends house to be honest. It’s just incredible how many different things you can do here. You could literally spend your entire day here and feel completely rejuvenated. I walked in thinking I was just getting a facial! I got my facial, spent one hour in the oxygen chamber and did a session in the red light bed! What a day! GO HERE AND CHANGE YOUR LIFE !
I went for a swedish massage and a facial treatment, just for kicks 😊 The Esthetician Elizabeth has great knowledge for skin treatments, she's amazing! For years, I used to see the reddish in some specific areas of my face, she told me "if you use what I put on your face today, you will have the same glow everyday." I'm very optimistic and bought the whole set. It has been over a month and she was right! My skin is just gorgeous, the redness is gone! Thank you Elizabeth, you are an angel 😇 by the way, the Spa is clean, the atmosphere is warmth ✨️the owners are Rockstars! even la abuelita makes cookies 🍪 for you! Wonderful place to go.
It was my first time at BodyCentre and my first Myofacial massage. I had a great experience and I can't wait to book another appointment. Essie was my therapist and she did a phenomenal job. She was communicative and worked really well on my problem areas. I feel so relaxed and rejuvenated. The overall environment of the spa is welcoming and relaxing. The staff are very attentive, caring and kind.
I had an amazing experience at Body Center Day Spa. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and relaxing. Gina was absolutely incredible. She gave one of the best massages I’ve ever had — her attention to detail, technique, and overall skill really stood out. She knew exactly where to focus and made sure the pressure was perfect throughout the entire session. You can tell she truly cares about her work and her clients’ comfort. As a really nice touch, they even offer a complimentary baked good at the end of the massage — and it was delicious! It was such a thoughtful way to end an already great experience. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend asking for Gina if you book here!
