This store got some Sri Lankan items and i bought nearly $100 worth of stuff. Sadly some items are i cant use and throw away. Sri lankan Murukku , Spicy trail mix are out of date . taste very bad and stale. King Coconut water bottle dont sound Pop when i open it . Definitely tastes bitter. Wood apple drink is same story. No pop up sound when open. Both are MD Brand . I just waisted $ 25 for expired items.Please Sri Lankan people try not to buy those items from this store. They got other Indian food items also out of date . Bad Store and they never accept Refunds.
A sufficiently large store catering to most South Asian produce and grocery needs. It is very well-stocked with what most customers would need during their typical grocery shopping. Moreover, the assortment of each category of items on the shelves is quite varied. The freezer section is literally humongous. In my opinion, it perhaps has the largest freezer section that I have seen in any South Asian grocery store. Another positive that I noticed is that this store caters to all sections of the South Asian community. The only downside that I noticed in this store is the designation of the aisles. "1A", "1B", "4A", "4B" etc does not tell me much. Being such a large store, I have had to solicit the assistance of a store associate to locate certain items. It would have helped had the signs above the aisles mentioned the categories of items in that aisle. This is so basic that that is probably the only reason this store won't get a 5-star rating from me.
Have been coming to this store since 2019. They are the best and least expensive Indian grocery in Dallas-Fort Worth. The owners really care about their customers. Don’t miss their masala chai and kachodi!
My family and I got to this grocery store, and we spend money every time. We can’t help to notice the coldness from the owners and their daughter. The son is helpful and polite. The owners watch us like we are going to steal although they have seen us in their store multiple times. I will use a different store from now on.
I’ve been coming to this store for almost 10 years, even driving 40 minutes because I’m used to this place. Most of the family—especially the older gentleman—are always kind and respectful, and I truly appreciate them. But I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with one younger male cashier who has repeatedly overcharged me. This is not a one-time mistake. It has happened multiple times, including charging $21 for an item clearly labeled $11.99, and in the past turning about $75 of groceries into $125. It also happens with items sold by weight where the total doesn’t match. I stayed quiet out of respect for the rest of the family, but enough is enough.
