Bong Bong Hot Pot

5 stars all the way! This is one of the best hot pot places that I’ve been to. It’s big and spacious and has a variety of side dishes and desserts. There’s 4 walls of fixings so there’s no wait. There’s soft serve ice cream, Thai tea and slushy. The only suggestion that I would have is to precook the noodles since they took longer to cook in my soup. Also add udon noodles too. Other than that, it’s a great place to go. Will be back for more

I love love love this place. Huge hot pot restaurant with a very sleek interior, tasty broths to choose from (my favorite is the 'sunset spice'), ample meat options, a nice cold section where you can select everything else from veggies to seafood, and a noodle shelf. There's also a whole back area where you can grab some fried rice, French fries, potstickers, buns, various little desserts, a soft serve station, etc. This place is the complete package.

We finally tried Bong Bong Hotpot and I’m so glad we did! Everything was fresh, there were tons of choices, and the broths were really good. We ended up eating way more than we planned because we kept finding things we wanted to try. 😂 The best part of the whole experience was Victor. He was so friendly from the moment we walked in and made sure we had everything we needed without ever being overbearing. He explained a few things, checked on us throughout the meal, and you could tell he genuinely cared that everyone was having a good time. Great service is hard to find these days, and Victor absolutely nailed it. We’ll definitely be back, and hopefully we’ll get Victor again next time!

We ate here on a Wednesday night. Amazing food selection. So fresh. Great atmosphere, clean, spacious, excellent service and friendly staff. We are a special needs family, that’s very hard to find when eating out. Kudos to the owner for creating a warm welcoming environment with amazing food selection, quality and service.

I had an amazing first experience at Bong Bong! From the moment we walked in, the customer service stood out right away. The staff paid close attention to detail and made sure to explain everything to us, which we really appreciated since it was our first time visiting. The selection is HUGE, there are so many options to choose from, and everything looked incredibly fresh and well-organized, making it easy to navigate. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their food. And honestly, the dessert alone is worth the trip! It was the perfect way to end the meal. Mathew, our server, he was super friendly, patient, and took the time to walk us through everything, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely coming back again!
