Sign in to reviewThis restaurant is specialized in soup type hot pot. Some of the dishes need to be prepared at the table by the diners. We knew what we were getting into and well prepared. But the chaotic staff made the experience quite uncomfortable and downright unpleasant. Food was brought out in shift. The staff turned on the burners and told us to watch the food cook. The disturbing part was the accompanied ingredients that went with this dishes were not brought out timely. We cooked the meat and ate it then the vegetables tray would come out. This happened more than once, and we decided to cook the meat and eat it with whatever vegetables available at the table. Service was really bad. We did not get our drinks until three dishes were served. If we did not ask numerous times, we did not know how long we had to wait for our drinks. Wrong food brought to our table. We kept some and returned some. The wrong items were charged on our bill.
Came with a big group and ordered the $95 package off the menu . It came out with 2 kind of broths , bone marrows and excellent watercress with beef filet on top . So cheap for so much food . Worth every dollars coming here .
Really disappointing experience. Service was slow and completely disorganized. I ordered broken rice, they said it was sold out, but then served it to another table right after. The bò lá lốt was terrible. When they brought out the pho, they forgot the veggies until we asked. Our table came in first, yet the hotpot was served to people who arrived later. And when they finally brought the hotpot, they forgot both the noodles and veggies—again we had to remind them. To top it off, we ordered drinks and they just dropped off the pitcher without any cups. My sister had to get them herself.
We had such a wonderful experience here. Our food was really good quality, but also really inexpensive. The young man who served us here was super friendly and kind.We will definitely come back again!
I came by because of the special pricing on their Com Tam and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The Suon, Cha and Nuoc Mam were superbly done. I haven't found this level of quality and expertise outside of VN so this was great. Their Bi is was somewhat off on the day of my visit because the pork skin was a bit sticky but the flavor was fine. They're doing a Com Tam special for $10 and $12 probably to bring in new customers, but I would probably pay $20 and save myself a trip to VN (ha ha). Will update my review when I have a chance to try their other food items.
