BoSa Donuts is a neighborhood donut shop at 5845 W Baseline Rd Ste 100 in Laveen, AZ 85339. It’s a convenient option for nearby residents, commuters, families, and anyone looking to pick up donuts or a drink during the day. The shop is open daily from 4:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., making it possible to stop by early, later in the evening, or somewhere in between. If you’re searching for a donut shop in Laveen, BoSa Donuts offers a straightforward local stop with a broad daily window for visits.
Donuts are the clearest reason customers mention coming here. One reviewer describes them as consistently nice and fresh, and another customer shared plans to purchase several dozen for a bus full of children after a baseball outing. That kind of pickup can work well when you need treats for a group, while a smaller visit suits someone stopping in for a drink or a few donuts. The reviews also mention kolaches and croissants, though experiences with those items have been less consistent. Some customers have found kolaches stale or croissants insufficiently warm, so it may be helpful to confirm your order and expectations when choosing these items.
The experience at BoSa Donuts appears to vary by visit. Some feedback focuses positively on the donuts, while other reviewers describe limited greetings, order mix-ups, or concerns about the warmth of certain food items. These are useful considerations for first-time guests, especially if you are buying for a group or have a specific order in mind. Customer accounts are individual experiences, and they do not guarantee what a future visit will be like; still, they suggest that service and consistency are areas customers notice. A clear order check before leaving can help make a pickup easier.
The setting is best understood as a practical stop for everyday donut runs rather than a destination with a detailed dining experience described in the available information. You can visit for a quick treat, bring home a box to share, or pick up drinks and donuts for an outing. With opening hours listed every day from 4:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., BoSa Donuts provides flexibility for early starts and later cravings alike. The address on W Baseline Road also makes it easy to identify the shop when planning a local errand in Laveen.
BoSa Donuts has a 4-star rating based on 156 reviews, reflecting a range of customer opinions rather than a single uniform experience. For a visit centered on donuts, customer comments offer a positive signal about freshness; feedback on service, kolaches, and croissants is more mixed. If you are in Laveen, Arizona, and want a local donut shop with long daily hours, consider stopping by and deciding which items suit your visit. For a larger order, checking the details with staff before heading out is a sensible way to keep the pickup on track.

I walked in to get just a drink and spend a half-hour or so, then buy a few dozen donuts for my school bus full of kids who are currently up the street playing baseball at a local high school. Right before leaving, I asked for a refill on my soda. The teen employee sheepishly explained that she'd have to charge me for a refill! I pointed at the fountain drink machine in the dining area and said, "That's not cool. Having that machine implies refills are free. The machine appears to be out-of-order with that sign on it, so the implication is we can get refills, but have to have you get them from behind the counter." The employee explained that they get this complaint a lot, and I said that people should be informed that they're paying $2 plus tax for about 5 ounces of soda and a cup of ice. She apologized, was very kind in her reiteration, and apologized again. I thanked the employee for her explanation and went on my way. Whataburger across the parking lot got my business for a large sugar-free lemonade for $2.69 ... and 46 chocolate chunk brownies to-go. Hope you enjoyed my $2, Bosa! Being miserly and tight-fisted ticks people off. A small soda costs about a dime. It would have cost you one itty-bitty DIME to make me happy, and to make you several 20-dollar bills. Insures, Whataburger made me happy.
I’ve come to Bosa Donuts almost once a week for the past couple of months, and unfortunately the kolaches have been consistently disappointing. The bread tastes old and stale nearly every time I order one. Paying close to $5 for something …
Donuts are always Nice and Fresh but Customer Service is Wack!! They don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in no hello good mornings no nothing just act like you walking in just to walk in it’s very rude and unprofessional! Believe it or not you will lose customers this way because imma walk back out everytime and spend my money elsewhere! Good customer service starts there! Train your staff to do better!
I’d leave this place zero stars if I could. The girls here are great which is why I say DO NOT LEAVE TIPS, it does not go to them. Managers are greedy!! This place needs to be investigated for employee misconduct!! At this point the city needs to be involved!!
Used to come here before and the croissants used to be nice and hot now when I went the past few times that the younger girls been working the croissants are not warm enough and twice they gave me the wrong order. Hope this can get fixed soon I really like this place but if it continues I will stop going at this point.
