This is a great place for pho. I can get a vegetarian bowl of soup, or spring rolls or egg rolls. The portions are so generous that I can never eat everything. They do have to go boxes sitting out on table for customers to access. In the photos are vegetable pho and beef pho. My friend stated the beef in his pho had a refrigerated taste to it. Otherwise, it was great. I have never had any bad food here. It is always delicious.
I have had many not so great experiences here.Even though I love coming here... First no one would answer the phone even though it said it was open. I tried several times over a span of at least 30 minutes, so I came in person. I ordered ragoons and many of them don't even have anything inside them. Literally, just pure grease, just oozing out of him and no flavor and no napkin's given. I waited longer than I ever have😞. Really disappointed!! Another time I came in to get the ragoons and I was told that they were changing their oil so it would take thirty minutes ( she said, sorry, come again before I even responded) and I said, oh ok ill come another time then thanks. I called thirty minutes later to put in an order because my husband was gonna pick it up for me and was told oh, we are changing our oil and it'll take forty five minutes ( even though I was told a lesser number thirty minutes earlier) and then she proceeded to say, and we'll be closed by then. All they had to say to begin with, is, we're not frying up anything up for the rest of the evening instead of lying. So our family is making a decision to go to another restaurant on southern near walmart instead now. I really wanted to support this place.But after several several bad experiences, i'm moving on.
I have nothing bad to say!!! Went and said i was going to try someone different and i did just that and loved it!! Everything they brought to the table was GREAT!! The customer service took the cake!! I was so impressed i went back the next day for the calamari!! It wasnt as good as the 1st time but it was still good!! Highly recommend them.. and the place is clean and inviting
We got one of their noodle bowls with all meat in it. It was fantastic very delicious,fresh and good. Wasn’t too much of a way.
