Ive been going for years and have nothing but spectacular service. Frances and Irin are both so knowledgeable and down to earth. Its rare to find a store in the quarter that has consistent staff that are obviously passionate about their work. I could not recommend it more. The thought and care that goes into what they do is impressive. 10/10 would highly recommend over and over.
If I can only give more stars… My daughter and I went to this boutique while on vacation from NJ. Daughter brought book and more. Went over to their cafe had a fabulous lunch. Daughter forgot her bag from the boutique at the cafe. We noticed after we drove back to NJ that she left it under the table. Called the cafe, sure enough it was there. They sent it next door to their boutique and told me they will mail it back. I wanted to pay for the shipping but they said no they want her to have it and they took it upon themselves to mail it back. Just got the package today and want to give a heart felt Thank You… Your places were so amazing to visit and when we go back to visit we definitely will hit those places up again 🥰

I originally had a fangsmith appointment with Maven Lore, and he was absolutely fantastic—professional, skilled, and clearly passionate about his craft. The experience was unique and well worth it! Later, I visited the boutique itself and loved browsing through all the vampiric jewelry, memorabilia, and books. The selection is perfect for any vampire enthusiast, with plenty of one-of-a-kind finds. However, be aware that the prices can be steep, so it’s good to go in expecting to splurge a little. Overall, it’s a must-visit spot in New Orleans for those who love the gothic and mysterious!
