Brett Rosenthal - Greater Philadelphia Realtor | Compass

Brett Rosenthal - Greater Philadelphia Realtor | Compass is a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania real estate agent based at 1430 Walnut St, 3rd Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19102. The business name reflects a focus on Greater Philadelphia, and client reviews describe help with both buying and selling property. Brett’s work, as customers characterize it, combines market knowledge with direct guidance and clear communication. For people comparing agents in Philadelphia, the public listing shows a 4.9-star rating from 84 reviews. Those reviews offer practical context: clients mention responsiveness, honest input about property value, and support through the steps of a real estate transaction. Results depend on each property and situation, but this feedback can help prospective clients understand the experience others have reported.

For buyers, reviews describe a process that felt manageable even when a client was purchasing from out of state and was unfamiliar with the Philadelphia area. That client says Brett toured properties on their behalf and offered candid guidance about which opportunities appeared to be good deals and which did not. This kind of remote support may be useful for relocating buyers, people moving to the city, or anyone who cannot attend every showing in person. Rather than assuming every property is a fit, buyers can look for an agent who explains the trade-offs and helps them assess an investment. Brett’s clients describe his advice as straightforward and focused on putting them in a stronger position to make a decision.

Seller feedback adds another perspective. One review describes Brett helping a family sell its farm, marketing the property, attracting multiple offers, and completing a smooth sale at a price the client felt was strong. This is a specific customer account, not a guarantee of results for other sellers, but it suggests that clients have turned to him for more than a typical city-home transaction. Other reviewers emphasize professional service, attention to detail, and communication that helped keep their transaction moving smoothly. Sellers considering a Philadelphia property or a sale farther afield can use an initial conversation to explain the property, ask about marketing plans, and understand what support is available for their particular circumstances.
