Breve Spa is a spa at 450 Summer St in Boston, MA, offering massage and facial services for people looking to relax, recharge, or make time for a special occasion. Its location in the city makes it an option for Boston locals as well as hotel guests visiting the area. Customer feedback highlights the massages and facials, with several guests describing their visits as restorative and worth recommending. Breve Spa has a 4.4-star rating from 42 reviews, reflecting a range of experiences rather than a one-size-fits-all picture of a spa visit.

Massage is a particular draw. Reviews mention deep muscle massage and a treatment described by one guest as a “muscle melt massage,” which they especially recommended. Guests have also praised therapists Erin and Stacy for their massage sessions. These comments may help visitors considering a massage choose a service that suits their preferences, whether they are hoping to ease muscle tension or simply set aside time to unwind. A customer who used a Christmas gift for a deep muscle massage called the experience amazing, while another said the effects of a massage lasted beyond the appointment. Individual experiences naturally vary, so visitors with specific needs can ask the spa about available options when booking.

Facials are another service guests call out positively. Reviews mention enjoyable facials, including a collagen facial, alongside massage treatments. That makes Breve Spa a possible choice for someone interested in combining skincare with a relaxing visit, or for a guest choosing a spa experience as a gift. The atmosphere is described as a place to “relax and reset.” One group organizer also praised the communication and coordination for an outing with 10 women, suggesting the spa may suit friends planning a shared occasion. Reviews are personal accounts, not a guarantee of a particular treatment or outcome, so it is sensible to confirm service details and group arrangements directly before visiting.

Breve Spa is located at 450 Summer St, Boston, MA 02210, United States. Its listed hours are Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. The spa is listed as closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Weekend hours may be convenient for guests arranging a day out, while weekday visitors can plan around the limited open days. One reviewer reported confusion during a hotel daycation package visit, including uncertainty at the front desk about where to go. Because experiences and arrangements can differ, confirming directions, package details, and arrival instructions in advance may help set expectations. For Boston residents, visitors, or small groups seeking massages or facials, Breve Spa offers a city-based option with services that customers have repeatedly highlighted.

Local to the city so we did not stay at the Omni, but selected Breve Spa for a special group outing with 10 women. We had previously done a spa outing at another spa in the city, but this visit was far superior for a number of reasons. First, the seamlessness of communication made it so easy for me who was the group's 'leader' in charge of scheduling, getting pricing options, available dates/times, and providing the payment. The responsive communication and ease of booking was an enjoyable experience in and of itself! In terms of the spa treatments, we all opted for massages. With such a large group, we were able to split into two groups of five, allowing half the group to relax and use the amenities while waiting, and then switch. It worked out perfectly getting a chance to enjoy the relaxation lounge, sauna, and shower area. The massage - I can speak for myself and say this was truly the best massage of my life. I've had many massages (sports, travel, etc.), including at world-renowned locations, and this one topped them all in terms of the flow and pressure. I always struggle with getting enough pressure and this was no issue at all. I appreciated the therapist's willingness to truly listen to my needs, which doesn't always happen at other places! The rest of the group similarly raved about their experiences, as well, with a nice balance found for those who wished to relax and those who wanted the pain (lol). The disappointment felt when the massage was over was only a temporary feeling as we were surprised to be offered a complimentary beverage of choice (champagne, mimosa (non-alcoholic available), and more), which was the best touch to keep the experience going! After our group wrapped up everything, we headed over to Coquette for dinner, located in the Omni. The convenience was unbeatable. We look forward to coming back again! Note - Access to a pool/jacuzzi would be nice, although, we were very understanding as to the Omni's hotel pool being limited to hotel guests. While it ensures a better experience for hotel guests, it also logistically makes a lot of sense keeping it this way because the pool is nowhere close to where the spa is located - requiring going through a busy lobby/open restaurant area to the elevators. It wouldn't be that enjoyable to walk through here in a bathrobe... We didn't feel like we missed out at all, but something to be aware of going in if you're expecting access.

Breve Spa is a great space to relax and reset. I recently received a massage from Erin and, on a separate occasion, from Stacy. Both are amazing therapists. The facials are also great! I highly recommend Breve for local and hotel guests.

This place is a disaster. I wanted to do something nice for my husband for our 13th wedding anniversary and the omni completely ruined it. Booked the daycation spa package but when we arrived, the guy at the front desk didnt know when the spa opened or where to send us. Made it to the pool but had to wait because no one was working the check in desk to let us in. Someone finally was able to unlock the door after a random girl came by. Then we are told there is no pool service, so we went to the bar to order a drink. Part of our package included food/bar credits but they have no idea what is going on or have any record of us and send us down to the spa to get random cards so we can order from the bar. The spa never told me to do that, just to come to the spa 15 min before check in for our treatments, so my husband is wandering around trying to find someone to help us. Now he is frustrated, we wasted an hour and a half on a bunch of staff who obviously are not in any kind of communication and instead of figuring it out sent us on a goose chase. The spa was a little better, but not by much. They position it as a luxury spa with facilities but the lounge is incredibly small, if felt like we were on top of the 2 other couples in what is really just a waiting room, and there was a small sauna. I am so disappointed, you are better off just going to another day spa and pay less for the same experience. This is just a business hotel with a luxury label.

Used my Christmas gift from my daughter for a deep muscle massage. It was amazing. Only got a picture of the lady’s room which was clean and well stocked.

I had a full service yesterday and have never had, nor probably will ever have again, this wonderful spa experience. The muscule melted massage is a must! I cannot remember her name but my body still feels great! The collagen facial with …
