Dr. Dela Paz and her team are absolutely wonderful, and the front desk staff are just as amazing! From the moment I first booked my appointment to my very first visit, I felt incredibly welcomed as a new patient. Right away, I knew this was a place I’d love and somewhere I plan to stick with long-term. Kindness goes such a long way these days, and every single person I’ve interacted with has been a true asset to Brightly Dental Parker West. I can’t express enough how grateful I am for their care and professionalism. I especially appreciated how everything was clearly explained to me from the procedures themselves to the costs, both with and without insurance. That level of transparency is rare and so reassuring. Even without insurance, their pricing feels reasonable, which says a lot given how expensive everything has become. So far, I’ve had a deep cleaning and a couple of cavity fillings, and both experiences were excellent. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time, pain-free where I was numbed, and even kept things relaxed with great conversation. As a bonus, I also met a couple of fellow “Illenials”—IYKYK! 😊🐦‍🔥 I highly recommend Dr. Dela Paz and the entire team at Brightly Dental Parker West!! Thank you again everyone!!

I had a dental emergency while passing through Denver. Brightly got me in the next morning, took great care of me, and accepted my Delta Dental. The staff is caring and helpful and my dentist was very knowledgeable and did a great job! Thank you so much for getting me out of pain and back on the road:)

I went for an exam today. The dental assistant was super cheerful and kind upon taking me to the back which had very comfy dental chairs with some nice music playing in the background. She walked me through each xray/exam as we did it. After I was walked thoroughly through by Dr. Wesley Stanton and shown on a screen the good and the bad going on with my teeth, what it would or wouldn’t cost, & appointments were made for cleanings and extractions promptly after. It was a super easy, fast, and carefree experience. The waiting room is beautiful & cozy with a friendly face upon walking in and hot kuerig beverages available (the fancy flavors too 😉). All in all my experience thus far has been phenomenal. Thank you 💫.

Dr D and staff made my first visit very comfortable and they did their best to be open and transparent about the work I needed. I feel I made well informed decisions about the work that needed to be done. I went home and followed their instructions as recommended and it took care of all the issues I had following a double extraction. The black yea bags do clot the blood and even help with some pain. I’m glad she prescribed the pain meds and picked them up within a half hour. They helped tremendously I highly recommend her and her staff

First, everyone was very kind and friendly. That is about the only good thing I have to say. If you’re having pain and need immediate relief this is not the place to go. Find somewhere else. No, seriously. The entire office seems disorganized and chaotic. No one knows what is going on. No one seemed concerned that I was in pain or wanted to help me relieve it in a timely manner. Wasn’t given pain medication until 4 days after my appointment and had to keep calling and texting to finally get the prescription. I was prepared to do the procedure the same day I went in but was told to wait until they could verify my insurance and give me a true cost. They called in my antibiotic prescription twice instead of my pain medication. Had the procedure set up for one week later and the day before I was supposed to go in they sent another estimate with a higher cost after making me wait almost a week with no pain medication or a temporary solution. I canceled the procedure and went to another dentist the same day. They were professional, organized, and put a temporary crown on and took my pain from a 10 to an almost 0 in a few hours. These are just minor things but they add to the experience. I never received confirmation emails, visit summaries, and all the forms they asked me to fill out prior to my appointment I had to verbally tell the receptionist again. They often said “I’ll talk to the doctor and text you back” with no response later. If you’re looking for a professional dental office that will care about you and help you, this is not it. If you just need something simple and you don’t need communication or follow up you may be ok.
