Sign in to reviewFrom my experience this place is a life savor. I lost track how many times my toddler have been getting an upset stomach and after she get an injection she feels better within an hour or two. I am not exaggerating. I once took her to urgent care for the upset stomach as well and it lasted for over a week. I know this place it pricey but worth it in my opinion at least for my toddler it pains me seeing for weak. Also you can tell the nurse you don’t want to buy any sort of medicine and they will take it off the list not forcing you to buy medicine like Tylenol
Literally the worst experience I have ever had. I came in for an immigration medical exam. The nurses had no idea of what they were doing, they called me once I got home and asked me to go back because they forgot to take a blood sample. Days later I get a call saying I needed extra vaccines that I had already given them records for. Finally, they called me to come pick the results up and when I got there, they told me they were t ready because they forgot to add information on my polio vaccine. When I complained that day, I got attitude and zero accountability. I would give a zero if I could. Complete incompetence. Do not come here. Editing this review to add that my immigration attorney let me know the paperwork was not done correctly, as the clinic did not realize I needed a Covid vaccine. I called them for weeks before they could let me know what they needed. I am literally having to show up and hustle everyone in person to make it happen. Considering the currently political climate and how much my case is being held back by these people, these people have zero consideration of their clients. The absolute worst experience I have ever had at any establishment, ever.
I wish I could give 0 stars. I had a terrible experience in this place. Their doctors aren't good and they are only focusing on selling bunch of medicines with extremely high prices. When I check the prices I've found out that their prices are almost 6 times higher than the other pharmacies. When I try to return the pills just 5 mins after I got them they refuse it. They were careless and rude. I told them that I'm gonna leave a review here and they told me do whatever you want. I don't recommend you to visit that place. Don't waste your time and money.
Great place, quick and very professional. I have two insurance and no appointments right away, BS. Came in talked with the doctor and I got antibiotics. In and out with medicine is worth the money. Why feel miserable and wait hours at the urgent care where all they want to do is COVID test you and give you Tylenol. You pay but you cut down the BS of having to wait. I also bring my child when he is sick because the gringos at KP just tell me Tylenol. One shot and he gets well. Ohh you can always request to get reimbursed by your insurance. Just file a client with your receipt.
I read the pass last reviews. But I took my mom and a close friend of us. And they really took care of them. And yes they gave them 2 shots and medications. But believe me they were feeling good next day. I strongly recommend them.
