First time and I got my appointment within the hour!! Karleigh was absolutely incredible! She stitched up my finger with such skill and care. I was honestly freaking out, but she stayed so calm, kind, and reassuring the entire time. She gave me clear, helpful advice and walked me through everything, which made a huge difference. She was incredibly gentle and made what could have been a stressful and painful experience feel surprisingly calm and manageable. I’m so grateful for her professionalism and compassion! Cost w/ no ins for visit + 4 stitches came out to just $310. Great price and friendly staff.

She took the time to listen carefully to all my concerns, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire visit. Her professionalism and genuine care are outstanding. You can tell she is passionate about her work and truly cares about her patients’ well-being. The entire experience felt warm, efficient, and supportive. I’m very grateful to have found Dr. O’Rourke and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate, skilled, and trustworthy doctor.
I had my first appointment at the clinic and it was wonderful. On time, no delays as I was a new patient. The PA I saw was wonderful. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We just moved to Mira Mesa and I am so happy to have found such a great physicians group so close to our new home! 5-stars!!

She listened to my concerns and asked many questions. I was pleased that she had actually read my history from my 30+ years affiliation with UCSD. I feel confident under her care.
