Brix Realtors, Brad and Heather Ives known as Big Friendly Real Estate, were such a blessing during the sale of my parents' home. They were recommended by the estate sale agent and made selling the house stress free even though I live out of state. After the estate sale, they arranged cleaning, professional photos, and lightly staged the empty house. The description in the listing truly captured the heart of the house and neighborhood. We had an open house the first weekend and three offers on Monday! Buyers commented it was priced just right. Closing was simple even though I live out of state because we used a mobile notary. Brad and Heather were so easy to work with. They were always prompt with communication. I could not have asked for a smoother process or more caring realtors in the sale of my childhood home.

Working with Jasleen was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and always had my best interests in mind throughout the entire home-buying process. We really enjoyed our experience with Brix Realty and especially their agent - Katelyn Barbarick. Katelyn was very professional, but also became a friend in the process of selling our home and helping us buy a home. We were in a very competitive seller’s market downtown and she was on top of every house that came on the market in our price range. Katelyn is super nice and friendly; easy to get along with and I think her personality made it easy for her to handle some challenging negotiations really well.
