Brodard Chateau

Brodard Chateau is a great Vietnamese restaurant in Garden Grove for a nice yet casual sit down meal. The desserts are showcased as soon as you walk in, we got the matcha cake and split it among the two of us. The sturdy string beans had a nice crisp bite to it, was my favorite dish! It’s a big venue with plenty of seating, ample parking too. Definitely worth trying if you haven’t already, comfortable seating for solo dining or large groups. They will also sing happy birthday while presenting the candle lit cake :)

Food was delicious!! I was invited to a party and host ordered these dishes among many others. Service was great, place gets packed on Friday evening, so I recommend making reservations. Your party needs to be complete befeire you get seated. Drinks at the bar are good, however a bit pricey IMO.

The appetizers arrived artfully composed and tasted as inspired as they looked. Each pairing An recommended—whether sparkling, white, red, or a crafted aperitif—complemented the dishes perfectly and brought out subtleties in both food and drink. The entrées were cooked to exacting standards, and the suggested pairings made each bite more memorable. Overall impression Brodard Château delivers an experience that blends refined cuisine, thoughtful service, and genuine hospitality. Special recognition to An for turning a great meal into a flawless evening through expert recommendations and attentive care. We left delighted and will return without hesitation. Spring rolls are so good!! Duck bun was delicious but bun was a bit too dry. I wish they had a home made bun. Coconut shrimp noodles are great as well. Definitely coming back!!
