Delicious food and great service! We came on a weekday evening and self seated right away. There are three kiosks to order from and also someone posted at the counter that happily answered all my questions about the menu. Food came out super fast and fresh! The Saigon Special rice plate was perfectly balanced in flavor, though the pork in my plate was a bit too thin and overcooked in my opinion. Still nicely seasoned and hot, though. The egg rolls were definitely fried to order, super hot and crispy when it came out. Staff were wiping down tables and chairs with each party leaving. Great place overall. Would highly recommend!

Maybe I should’ve ordered rice hence the name, but the bun Bo hue was just eh. Flavors aren’t quite there, portions wise, about middle ground for the price. There are definitely other places with more meat, better flavor, and better price. Much more of a quick bite place.

Glad it finally opened! Was a pleasant surprise to see some legit dishes. The portion was good and the taste was great. Had a chance to speak with one of the owners and hopefully receptive to some ideas. Was told that their viet coffee is the only place that has a 24 hr steep..which it tastes great, no complaints! Will definitely be back to try to support the place and if the owner wants more suggestions, give me a buzz. Just to note that the short ribs take the longest to grill so don't be surprised if it takes a little longer (as explained by the owner).
