Shirley, identified by a reviewer as the owner, is described as cordial and attentive, making the shopping experience feel welcoming rather than rushed.

Reviews also mention beauty and personal-care experiences associated with visits to BSFIT. Customers describe eyebrow microblading, eyeliner, and recurring eyelash-extension appointments with lash technician Cu Cu, also called Tracy, as well as a 90-minute facial with Shirley. These are customer-reported experiences, alongside the store’s clothing and accessory offerings, and may be useful context for people looking for both fashion and beauty services in the same location. A reviewer specifically praised the facial as a positive experience and noted its value.
