BT Thai Massage & Spa

I had a very average massage today. Firstly, BT Thai charges an additional amount if you pay by credit card. The $80 for the 60 mins massage is $83. Despite getting a very average massage, I still tipped the massage Therapist, 'Amy', 14%, which in my view was on the higher side for the kind of experience I had. On seeing the amount of the tip, she expressed as if I had given her 'Nothing'. Unsure if she was expecting a 50-100% tip. I've had this experience before too at BT Thai. Never going back to this place again. Will find alternate options.

Sonia is a highly skilled massage therapist and I am so lucky to have found her. I lift weights frequently and beat up my body through combat sports. She is great at targeting areas with a lot of tension and getting to the root cause of stiffness/pain. Definitely one of the best out there! Everybody here is always friendly! I love visiting here.

Went there after 15hr flight from Australia - was feeling stiff and the calf muscles were starting to ache. 90 minutes with the 'Magic' Ann [Therapist Extraordinaire] - I see and feel normal again. Thank you Gail for looking after me pre/post treatment. See you guys on Sunday

True Thai massage. Technician uses there power and skill in a variety of stretches, target pressure and body weight. One must actively participate with concentration on breathing, Looking at what comes up and letting it go. Body and Mind foundation maintenance. 90 minute session holds value.

Amy gave me the most thorough hard pressure massage with quality stretching. She is very good.. I hesitated to review her here so as to keep her for myself 😅 Update:I have visited BT Thai many times over the last 12 months. Their ladies are experts and they work HARD. You will get a great massage. However, there are some business practices happening here that have caused me to express displeasure to the owner, and have culminated in the first ever one-star review I have given. First occasion was when I used the online booking system to book a 9:30am massage. I showed up, no one was there. I called the number and spoke to the owner. I said it was fine, but would she be able to provide a discount for my inconvenience? She said no, that I should CUT THE TIP DOWN. Zero accountability for the fact they advertise these hours and accept bookings they cannot meet. Second occurrence: I used the online booking system to book Vanida (She is amazing!) at 10:30. Upon arrival was informed Vanida will not be in until 11am and can I wait? No, I said. You will probably do fine if you stick to afternoon bookings, but the owner advising me to cut the tip down says a lot.
