I had booked this at least a month in advance. I was speaking at a conference a few hours prior to this appt and wanted my hair blown out. An hour before my appt they call me to tell me they need to cancel as someone “called out”. While shit happens it really doesn’t change the position it put me in and it left me scrambling while traveling and I didn’t even have all my own hair stuff to do it myself so I had to go out and buy hair tools and product to make it work. If you need someone reliable. This place isn’t it.
