I visited this place w my friend after hearing that there's a new Vietnamese restaurant that just opened. Now start with the food: -Egg fried pancake was solid, nothing to complain about -Balut stir-fry in tamarind sauce was not that soft, especially the yellow part, the sauce is so so as i expected more sourness from the tamarind -Organs(phá lấu) noodles definitely overcooked to me, the intestines and other stuffs tastes too soft and the noodles as well. It needs to be chewy when you bite on it -Bò bía rolls are nicely wrapped, tastes good but the peanut sauce was lacked of flavor, like you have to dip it 2-3 more times to get the taste of it Overall, it is an okay restaurant that has wide variety of Vietnamese cuisine and obviously needs more improvement

I've lived in San Jose for many years but this is the first time I've gotten to try Vietnamese street food! It's intimidating at first because the menu is large and I'm not familiar with the dishes, but the staff was very kind and gave excellent recommendations. Sweet and Sour Fish hotpot: 10/10. Such a refreshing taste and loved the unique veggie pairings. Spicy Beef hotpot: 9/10. Great meaty flavor. Meat could be a little more tender. Grilled Squid: 9/10. Sauce pairing was interesting but it honestly tastes amazing on its own. Honey Chicken and Rice: 10/10. The rice was delicious and had a hint of coconut. Chicken was cooked to perfection. I only got to try a few things - looking forward to trying more dishes next time I'm around!

Great authentic Vietnamese food. Family style or meal specials, you have a wide variety of delicious options. One if the best Ca Kho To in SJ, deep flavor and portions are perfect. And that's a special thing because there are a lot of Viet places that don't make this dish right.

We went in a group of 6 and tried many different dishes. In my and my friends' opinion, the food was good, but the seasoning wasn't strong enough and didn't penetrate the dishes evenly. The "savory steamed rice cake" was my favorite dish. The restaurant's atmosphere was beautiful and cozy, and the service was excellent.
