Would give 0 stars if I could. Very unprofessional. I went school/home shopping today. As you know the furniture aisles are very cluttered. I was moving a couch to purchase while also looking for price tag I accidentally bumped the couch into a small table and it fell and broke. Mind you it was an accident but I would have paid for this. The employee in the orange shirt walked up to us looked past me and looked at my kids scolding /talking very rudely to children telling them to stop playing in the store. I then told this lady that I broke the table accidentally and that my kids were actually standing there as I moved the couch and she then said in a nasty manner I have been watching the cameras. One if you were watching the cameras you would have seen that they did not break the table and two why are you scolding children that are 7 and 9 when you are standing right in front of the parent. Furthermore, this lady in the orange returns to me with another lady in the green (I seen her name was Wendy). Wendy asked me to leave for advocating for my kids. They didn’t allow me to purchase my items and leave. I then asked for corporate number and their names because they were rude and they refused the number and flipped their badges around covering it with their hands while also calling the police for me voicing my concerns . What type of customer service is this ? I then asked a cashier for the ladies name In the pink and the lady in the orange told her “don’t tell her anything stay out of this” and the worker said she is my manager so I can’t provide her name I’m Assuming she would be fired. This Burlington needs to hire better managers. It makes no sense for the associates to have better customer service skills than the ladies managing the store.

was very full when i went, the line went all around and there was only 2 cashiers. all i wanted to purchase was 2 shirts and a moisturizer. but waiting over 25 minutes to get to the register wasn't worth it. please schedule more people so these poor employees stop stressing

It's a nice and spacious place around Richardson. Lot of shopping options for ladies and kids. But I hardly see any good clothing options for men. This is compared to three other places I have seen in NY and NJ. I must ask this shop to focus on men's section as well. We deserve some variety in formals as well as casual clothing. At this place, the payment counters are professionally handled and line gets cleared sooner.

Huge disappointment for me as a Burlington lover. I always loved shopping at Burlington in El Paso. Lots of different items for a reasonable price. That's why I was very excited to see one in the Dallas area. Oh my God, it's the messiest store i have ever seen. Everything was misplaced or on the floor. It was crazy. I really didn't want to touch anything. It is a really big store and wasn't crowded at all. Maybe they don't have enough staff to check the isles or items but it's destroying the store's image for sure. Anyways I am really disappointed and won't be visiting again

Extremely frustrated with the staff here. My 2 year old wanted to use the bathroom and no body would open the bathroom door. They kept pointing from one staff to another and took 15 mins to even to take effort to come and help. There were 3 other families outside wait with their kids for help.
