Byblos exceeded our expectations! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every dish we tried was outstanding. As a vegetarian and a vegan couple, we were happy to find plenty of delicious options that accommodated both of our diets without sacrificing flavor. Everything we ordered was fresh, satisfying, and full of authentic Mediterranean flavor. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and relaxing, making the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. What truly made our visit exceptional was the service. Johnny went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful dining experience. He was attentive, friendly, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcome. If you’re looking for authentic Mediterranean cuisine with outstanding customer service, a great atmosphere, and excellent vegetarian and vegan options, Byblos is definitely worth a visit. We will absolutely be back!

Mediterranean food with vegetarian options in Cowtown? I'm in! I had the vegetarian combo.The babagahoush is a thing of beauty here. Still has some texture to it rather than being smooth. It's smoky and delicious. Falafel are baked and have a lovely texture compared to fried ones. The tzatziki sauce tasted so light and fresh. I suspect they use fresh dill. The side salad has pita croutons and a lovely sumac dressing!My partner had the chicken dish which looked very tasty. He confirmed, it was very good. They offer a buffet, which I am eager to try next time we visit.

I had an excellent experience at Byblos Mediterranean Restaurant. The food was outstanding, fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care and pride in the cuisine. The service matched the quality of the food. Our waiter, Adam, was incredible. He was attentive, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely welcoming, which made the entire experience even better. You can tell the staff and owners take their work seriously and respect both the food and the culture behind it. This place delivers great hospitality without feeling forced or rushed. I truly enjoyed everything about this visit and will absolutely be returning. Highly recommended.

*****Authentic***** This Mediterranean and Lebanese food was amazing. Try their shareable sampler if you haven't experienced authentic Mediterranean food before so you can truly taste their culture! We left full but not stuffed if you know what I mean, which is a testimony to how fresh their ingredients are. The belly dancer was amazing too!!! If you like hookah, they have it as well but its in a separate area from the dinning space so you wont have to worry about second hand smoke. Im telling ya, this is a true gem!

The buffet was excellent, very flavorful and well seasoned, without the excessive oil you often find at other Mediterranean restaurants. However, we served ourselves tea, and when the bill arrived, we were charged $5.95 for each tea bag. No one informed us of this charge, and the price felt unreasonable, especially for self service tea.
