Craig is beyond exceptional. He went above and beyond to help my daughters and me when we got stranded in OKC. He spent hours working on my car, identifying issues left behind by another repair shop, ultimately leading to the situation. He worked through an extreme heat warning in the OKC area to get us back on the road, so we could return home. I will forever be thankful for Craig's diligence and for Paula, who kept us informed during our wait.

This is absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced!!! We took our van in for brake work. Two weeks ago! This man refused to communicate with us. He would not respond to text messages (40) would not return calls!!! The only way I could get him to respond was I told him that I was calling the police and report the van as stolen! After dealing with him for two weeks and threatening him, I picked our van up with a wrecker because all he did was put it on a rack and take the tires off!!! He gave me every excuse in the world except for his cat was not dead!!! If you are having the same problem with him not communicating, tell him that you are calling the police!!! He responds to that!!!

I am so grateful to Craig and Jessica. I have a 2012 Toyota Camry. One day, out of nowhere the car started showing weird signs, starts and dies. The problem was hard to detect. I live away from OKC. But Craig towed at late night at a very reasonable price. Then the car started behaving more weird, it stopped failing. Usually other mechanics would return it. But they were patient, they had my car for one month. At one point, I left hope to get it back. I was heartbroken because I really love my car. I bought it with my hard earned money as a student. They knew my issues and respected. But finally Jessica fixed it, it was just an ignition coil. Even they were not happy as the minor issue made me suffer for long. Finally, the bill that they handed over was actually surprising… way less than anticipated.. as it was a one month journey. The day I went to bring my car back.. I was just surprised. The place was filled with uncountable cars.. exhibiting their busy life and reputation. The story doesn’t end here. I had to add additive to my transmission and Jessica did it for free. Other mechanics would easily charge a lot as the wheel had to be opened. The car is good now,, already driven 6K miles after bringing it back in 4 months. They don’t work for money. They are good people and good mechanics. They are the people who can be relied on. I wish them all the best.

Craig and Jessica have been our choice mechanics for nearly a decade. Not only have they always worked diligently to help us figure out our vehicle issues, they have become friends to my family. My wife and son also go to C&J. Down to earth people that will do whatever they can to make sure that their clients are taken care of. Over the years I’ve had multiple vehicles, and I’ve been treated fairly every time. The dealership continues to try to squeeze every dollar they can. Just go here and they will get you taken care of.
